Had the Supreme large pizza and it was one of the best I have ever had. Service was excellent. Right on Mill ave in Tempe close to ASU

Went to Tempe for a work conference and ended up stumbling across this gem one night. Spent three hours watching karaoke singers do their best (and worst) renditions. Drinks were decently priced and apparently the pizza is great, but I didn't have any food. Staff...was super friendly. Would definitely sit here and be entertained again!!More
Amazing environment and the pizza was divine! We listened to the people participating in karaoke and we had a blast. Prices are reasonable.
We had our youth (14U) hockey team dinner there on a Friday night. Spencer the manager was so easy to work with, the food and service was excellent. Our families loved the karaoke, it was a great time had by all! Thank you Spencer and...your great staff!More
I spent some time here the other and even ordered a takeout pizza for later. The bar selection was very large and they had about 10 beers on tape, with others behind the bar. I was here about 2 in the afternoon so I could...not rate the evening crowd, but I was told it was not a college hangout and certainly not a sports bar and had an older evening crowd which seemed to fit both the layout and décor of the "pub" The pizza was very good an I was told most everything on the menu was good (as you will be). The service was quick but not over bearing and it was a good place to escape the afternoon Arizona heat.More
The pizza is terrible, just being honest. The wings are just as bad. The delivery guy and the guy on the phone were nice so I'll throw a star for that. This is my 1st review on any place but I feel like I need...to warn people. 22$ and I threw it away.More
This is the ultimately worst place I have ever had the misfortune to wander into. The service is great but that is ALL that is good about this dreary sad pathetic establishment that I would not even take a pig or dog to. I will...tell you all one thing, expect to pay a lot for the most miserable food. The fried zucchini needed at least two more minutes in the fry basket UNLESS you like goopy doughy soggy yucky bites that make you want to wash your tongue with Ajax. Even more disgusting is something they entitled THE FRANK SINATRA. I am sure Frank is turning over and over in his grave, if not because they used his name he is surely repulsed by 3 left over pieces of pepperoni that appeared to have been pulled off an old pizza and slapped on an old stale roll with some weird white melt stuff which I am sure was an old used barf bag, now this is ALL you get on your sub. No mayo, no lettuce and no tomato and for that wretched thing the price is $9. oh it came with french fries which was the only thing good about the entire ordeal. You have to pay to park and that will run you an extra $1.50-$2.00 @ hour. Do your pocketbook and health a favor, go someplace else. A muddy gutter would be a much better choice. I asked the owner to contact me BEFORE I wrote this but they obviously do not care about the customers, ONLY about your hard earned wasted money.More
Great atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating, cool people and karaoke every night. Not a big karaoke fan, but the drinks, crowd and service make it all worth it. Get the wings and definitely try their home made recipe, to die for!!
Josh was wonderful! I recommend this place! Wonderful atmosphere and food! Great outdoor seating with the sunshine!!!!
Saturday night was the last night I'll be hanging out at the 414. I've been going for the last 3 years. the food is normally pretty good, karaoke is fun, the change in management is iffy. Main points that ruined my night: 1. I came...in and sat at a booth to hold while waiting for the rest of my party to come in. After 10 minutes, I was confronted by the new manager that there was a 4 person minimum in order to sit there. I explained to her I was aware, and was waiting for more to show and she acted as if I had yelled and wounded her pride somehow. She apologized and went about her way. 2. After sitting for at least 30-35 minutes, I went up to the bar to get a drink, not ONCE did any of the servers come over and give me so much as a dirty look, let alone ask if I wanted a menu or anything to drink. Granted, it was starting to get a little busy, that's never stopped them before...why the change now? 3. when my friends showed up around 10, (still no actual service) I walked up to the register to order wings. I was told they would be walked over to me, great. LITERALLY 38 minutes went by, I walked back up to ask about my wings, I see them just sitting there, getting cold. The new manager happened to be the one I talked to, who at the time had no idea what was going on and attempted to charge me again for the wings. I explained I ordered them well over a half hour ago and had been waiting for them. She them told me since I ordered them and had a tab at the bar, it was put under the bar keep and that's why they weren't served to me when they were ready......WHAT?? 4. After my wings were served, the manager came over to apologize and asked what I was drinking so she could bring me one on the house. I declined the offer because I was done drinking for the night. So what does she do? She comes over 2 more times to see if I changed my mind and feels as though I'm being pressured to drink just so she can comp it and feel like she validated my complaints and made the problem all better. NO! I said I didn't want to drink anymore, I'm pretty sure I meant it.. The night progresses and she comes over to say she's made the the servers are more aware and to stop by more often so no one of my party needs to get up for any drinks or food, great....except it's nearly 1am and we're ready to wrap it up. How about instead of pressuring me for a drink, you comp one I've already had, or I dunno, discount the wings that took entirely too long to get to me? No, that doesn't appear to cross her mind at all... All in all, a very poor night to celebrate my friends bday. As I said, I've been coming for 3 years and there have been some hang ups before, but this poor experience was too far gone to salvage. At this point I feel if the owner isn't present, most nights go out like this, and aren't worth my patronage.More
Stopped in for lunch. The 2 guys working were playing video games on the big screen tv. I felt like we were interrupting. I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich with a side salad. It was mediocre, I've had better sandwiches at other places. There are...so many other restaurants in this area, skip this one and try a different one.More
We went for a couple of drinks which happened to be the karaoke night! We had so much fun, gutted that my boyfriend couldn't sing as the list was so long! But we got talking to so many people and it was such a great...night! The bar man even gave us a free tee shirt!!More
This place is very comfortable, I was in from out of town and people were very friendly. Dropped in a for a drink and to enjoy the Karaoke. Everyone seemed to know everyone, if I lived in Tempe I would hang here often. Feels like...its full of ASU theater students or former students, just very likable folks. I will mention the security guy couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming, he stood out, as many security guys on Mill have major attitude, but not here. Didn't try the food, but many around were saying the pizza is the bomb. Drink prices were reasonable, but the real draw is the people, huge diversity.More
Went with a group and a waitress found us two large booths right away. The service was attentive and the pizza was okay. Lots of fun with all the singers. Great entertainment and reasonable prices.
We are one of there local business neighbors. It took them and hour and a half on a Sunday night to deliver a cold rubbery pizza and crappy wings. If your excuse for this awful service is that we ordered it at 12:30 am then...don't deliver at that time, if you are not going to do it right. Not a smart business move to give awful food and service to a local hotel close to you that could have sent a lot of business your way.More
