Order the Vegetable Korma and it is really good. The Basmati rice is also very good, they put some mild herbs in it so it's not bland!

We have been going to Nandini for years and it is always excellent. We get the Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Curry, Saag Paneer and naan. The Saag Paneer is probably the best I have ever had, but all are delicious.

Went with family and enjoyed a very nice meal. We were asked if we wanted mild, medium, or hot and we are glad we went with medium. It had enough spice to give it good flavor but not overwhelming. The entrees do not come with...rice, so keep that in mind. They do have a stocked bar which was a nice surprise. We would definitely return.More

Came here with my wife and kid for lunch. I was a little apprehensive as we arrived at 1:20pm, which is late for a buffet type lunch place. To my surprise, the food choices were good and the food quality was better than I had...expected. They had 12 hot dishes, plus white rice and Biryani, and salad. The garlic naan served at the table was very good. The only negative was the table clothes weren't changed after each meal, so there were signs of food from previous patrons. I will go back to Nandini on my next visit to Tempe.More

Stopped in after work as I was on the mood for Indian food. The restaurant has a full bar which in my world is a real plus. As it was a hot day I ordered an ice cold Taj Mahal beer. I enjoyed chicken mahkini,...samosas in a delicious sauce that contained garbanzos and chutney along with naan cheese bread for dinner. My friend had the chicken Tikka Masala. I enjoyed the buffet lunch. There were lot of items and we had little time to sit and enjoy. We did eat well though. The rotis were fresh and delicious. I liked the white rice, dal, pakodas and all the items displayed in the menu....THE Place was not crowded. The seating is good and comfortable. View from the hotel is good. For lunch there is a buffet with wonderful selection. Not sure if lunch has menu to choose from. Dinner has full menu with a variety of selections from vegetarian to meat dishes, mild to spicy. I enjoyed sampling every dish on the buffet. This was much better than ordering from a menu, as I don't like some curries. I was very satisfied with friendly service and the variety of dishes on the buffet. The mango lassi is also perfect. Hot...garlic naan is brought to the table. In this restaurant subsidiary of The Dhaba the lunch buffet is an important activity. Normally is pretty decent but this time it was not the case. I went there for lunch the 8th of this month. Normally the buffet is very decent and the different...containers are kept full. But the chicken tandoori one this time was almost empty and pieces left were almost burned and very dry. Seams that they reheated the leftover of the previous day. Being a buffet the only things that do not come from it is the water and the Indian garlic parsley bread that are served to you by the server. The water was fresh, but is possible that was contaminated. I had difficulties in digesting the food this time. And later in the afternoon one of my foot become swollen and one of the bones on it very painful (a new twist respect previous experiences). It does not matter the price the food and drinks they need to respect the quality standard and never cause you health problems. The price of the lunch buffet during week days went up to $ 10.80. After the last experiences at The Dhaba and here at Nandini I will no more eat in this two restaurants. There is so many good Indian restaurant that I do not need them.More

We came here with a Groupon which we had failed to read carefully as it was only supposed to be for dinner. The manager did reluctantly give us the purchase value so we were happy we didn't lose out on that. The buffet was a...bit smaller than we are used to for an Indian buffet, but they made up for that in flavor. Every dish was spiced and cooked to perfection. The value of the buffet ($9.99) was fantastic. We plan to come back every year when we stay in the area.More
