Waitress said they were good for the view. Ahi Tuna was over cooked & second one as cold in center. Never was asked for a second drink. Never have we ever experienced poor service.

I come here often. This place has a great view and it’s super cozy. Normally all the servers are very slow and not very attentive, I come for the view not the service. My friend and I went for trivia last night and had ANDREA...as our waitress. She was phenomenal. I never had to ask twice for anything she was always one step ahead and so freaking friendly. I’m currently on chemo and couldn’t drink but my friend could she brought me out water in a martini glass with lemon and cherries to make me feel like I’m drinking. LIKE WHAT! This girl knows how to do the job. I will always ask for ANDREA when I come now. If I were the management I would have her working more then the other girls.More

The staff was so friendly and open. Rustic, outdoor, friendly. Good fish tacos. Wonderful small lake scenery.

Great place to relax and unwind! Very low-key with a great view. Appetizers, drink, and atmosphere are all amazing.

Location is very nice & shaded. Staff is laid back & friendly, a bit disorganized & a bit slow. Wine is pricey in regards to the amount of the pour. Average list. Cheese block was tasty & fresh. Does not “stand out” as a place...to return to.More

This "restaurant" is a joke. We went there as part of a group meetup, and it took 2 hours for us to get our food after we ordered! I never seen anything like this anywhere in the world! Half of our group got their food...1 hour before us, and were done before we saw anything coming from the kitchen. And it's not like we got anything fancy: just a hummus appetizer, and 2 "seafood kebabs". Yeah that long for average quality food. On the redeeming side, this place has a nice setting, the band was good (although not the best if you come here to chat due to the volume level), and we had some good mai-tais. Still not enough to make up for the long wait and the slow/bad service. Don't expect the waiter to remove empty bottles / plates from your table unless you ask. Oh, and did I mention our appetizer came at the same time as our entree??? This restaurant is milking it. Just don't go there for the food or the service. We won't go back.More

We, a party of 6, went to Pier 54 last night for dinner, drinks and to be entertained by the live band. We entered the patio, saw a sign "please seat yourself" but we were greeted by a staff member and asked how many. I...said 6. We walked around the bar and I asked if they could push 2 tables together to accommodate our group? The host said I will have to ask the manager. A minute later he said he will put the tables together. The waiter was attentive. He took our drink order. Served our drinks and took our dinner order in a timely matter. The food was good. The band started as dessert was ordered. The bill was paid. We were enjoying the band while one of the couples was finishing there wine. This is where it gets strange........ The restaurant started to get busy. 3 patrons sat at the bar right behind my chair. A server tried to pass between myself and the bar stool. She bumped into my chair, spilling my water on me, and with attitude said " You need to keep the aisle clear" There was no apology or offer to rearrange our seating. Ten minutes later the owner, CHRISTINA GEORGESCU, walked up behind me, started to push my chair and telling me " I can not block the aisle" I got up and left. Outside the patio there was a line to be seated. Why do I think CHRISTINA GEORGESCU did this? She thinks after the bill is paid she can be rude to her guests to make room for her next victims. CHRISTINA GEORGESCU, running a restaurant is not just making food but also includes service. My advice to you is to listen to a song my grandmother used to sing. The M-o facut mama Oltean song. "Cin' se ia cu mine bine, îi dau haina de pe mine, Cin' se ia cu mine rău, să-l ferească Dumnezeu, Că sunt arpe de Dudău, de-l galben ce muca rău"More

While the name may seem counter-intuitive, there is in fact a lake in Tempe! Pier 54 is an excellent outdoor restaurant situated along the lakeshore area of Tempe. The food is fabulous and between the live musical entertainment, and a magician who amazes you with...his tricks, this is a great place to dine! This restaurant is great for couples as well as families and will accommodate larger groups as well. The food is wonderful, and perfectly prepared and presented.More

Celebrating my birthday with my family in Arizona was great fun at this super relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful views, outside dining, fun food, easy laughter all around with two delightful guitars playing. Then we even had a magician entertain at our table. An absolutely great place...for a party of nine or just two!More

We often come to this place because it is a nice place by the lake but mostly because sometimes they have traditional eastern European food that reminds me of my Mom's cooking,,,, . Last time they had Sarmale - cabbage rolls stuffed with meat and...rice and cooked in a tomato sauce. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! They were as tasty as those my Romanian mom cooks, and believe me, that is not an easy challenge to meet. My other favorite dish is the Romanian sausages (mititei) - to die for.... If you go to Pier 54, ask for their specials. Strongly recommended!More
