First time customer and last. Ordered a thin crust/extra crispy pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushroom. The amount of protein and mushroom was almost non-existent. The crust was not crispy and difficult to cut with a knife. I lived in Chicago for twenty years. There...is nothing remotely comparable at Little Sicily. This pizza at this time and date was very poorly prepared and baked. There was no dine-in option on this evening.More

Very disappointed in the 2 pizzas we brought home last night. Most disappointing was the really tough crusts, not thin like we ordered, and difficult to chew. The toppings were sparse, though there was plenty of cheese. I am giving 3 stars only because this...is not a typical experience. We normally enjoy their pizza and are hoping this was a single bad batch of dough or new people in the kitchen. But the 2 medium (12") pizzas cost $33.38, so we may not be so eager to order from Little Sicily's anytime soon.More

Wife and I have lived in the Valley some 24 years having been born and raised in the Chicagoland area. We have found only three pizza restaurants to which we have given all our pizza business: Rosatis’s, Oregano’s and Vito’s on W. Northern Avenue. Thin...crust has been our choice. Some of our friends have on occasion mentioned Little Sicily in Surprise as having very good pizza. We decided to try them but also decided to do a pan pizza like we used to enjoy in Chicago. We ordered a pan pizza with sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms and onions...to go. We dug in at home and the results are: overall taste just okay with something missing. Maybe not enough oregano. Had lots of cheese. The sausage, onions peppers and mushrooms were nearly diced. We prefer sliced. Furthermore, the mushrooms appeared to be canned, not fresh, and somewhat slimy in texture. And the crust was kind of doughy without any crispness or good taste. We would not order the deep dish (pan) pizza again, but might try their thin crust, which a number of patrons were eating and which looked to be very good...if one could judge taste from looks.More

We descended upon this pizza joint with 12 people in tow. This was our first time at this restaurant. While it's a very small restaurant, it was big enough to seat all of us. The food here is authentic Chicago food. The Italian Beef Sausage...combo was perfect and filling. The pizza had great flavor and plenty of toppings and was also cooked to perfection. Is there anything to complain about? They need a bigger space and that's it. The food is top notch and the staff were friendly and attentive. A must stop for any foodie or Chicagoan. We will be back for sure.More

It's an unassuming storefront in a strip mall, but inside the dozen or so tables are filled with customers hungry for Chicago-style beef sandwiches and pizza. For those of us who spent most of our lives enjoying the real thing, this isn't exactly it, but...it comes closer than anybody else does in these parts. The beef sandwiches come on toasted bread, even if you ask for it untoasted. The serving of beef is more than generous, and if you like to add cheese or peppers, they are happy to oblige. If the beef were sliced just a tiny bit thinner, they would be perfect. The pan pizza is very good, and it looks like a Chicago pan pizza. The crust part, though, lacks a distinctive taste ( such as Lou Malnati's butter crust) and is more like the type of pan pizza crust I would make at home. This does not make it bad; rather, it's more like a crust made with a plain yeast bread recipe. The toppings are generous and the pizza overall is satisfying. The decor is pure Chicago, with photos of the city and displays of numerous Chicago and surrounding area police and firemen arm patches, which is a nice nod to those who serve the people. For dessert, they offer tiramisu and cannoli. We had the cannoli, and they were very good, but a bit pricey. Finally, if you'd like a bottle of vino with your meal, be aware it's BYOB.More

This is a great place. Family owned they are very friendly. The food is great. I am from Chicago and the pizza is true Chicago pizza. It is small inside with a few tables outside. You will not be sorry if you go here.

After an afternoon of swimming we thought a pizza for dinner sounded great. Friends had recommended here. Called in the order, ready 30 minutes later. Very tasty, lots of mozzarella, crust kinda medium thickness. We're saved some for breakfast...
