The owner of El Rincon has owned a Mexican restaurant in Sedona for 40 years. All the A la Carte items are very good, as are the Fajitas and the combination plates. We haven't tried the pizza, as it hasn't looked good to us when we've seen it served to others. Burritos and enchiladas are served with red and/or green... More

We decided to check out Talacapaqua today and found this nice Mexican restaurant. The food was really good and the staff were very friendly, would definitely recommend.

This restaurant has a creative take on mexican / southwest cooking. My wife's pizza was made with Indian Fry bread. My chille relleno was crusted with blue corn. tasty and a littele more than inexpensive - but worth it !! Service was pleasant and fun. Eat here for a memorable meal!

Fun waiting on the patio of Tlaquepaque for our other party -- there was a flamenco duo (guitar and drums). So enjoyable on a warm summer night.... Food was plentiful -- the Carne Asada salad was huge and delicious. Fabulous guacamole, great chips. Others had the chimichanga and the spinach/cream cheese enchiladas -- both great! Flan was some of the... More

Visited here on 07.10.16, didn't start off well as hurried hostess placed high-chair on foot, no apology offered! Had Rachel as server. We eat out a lot and I have to say that Rachel has only one pace, that's S-L-O-W and maybe she should rethink her job choice. We Ordered Shrimp Ceviche, it had one whole shrimp cut into pieces... It's been a year since we visited AZ, but El Rincon is still tops! The margaritas, food, service and music were all great! If it weren't for the calories, I'd eat the spinach cream cheese enchiladas every day!

Enjoyed a lunch with fresh produce. Prickly cactus margarita are great and they had the best salsa out of 3 places we tried.

What looked like a typical tourist mexican food place in a tourist attraction turned out to offer a number of very good dishes along with the best margaritas we found in Sedona. Our lunch was so good, we returned for another later in the week...not a bad recommendation in a community dotted with dozens of mexican food restaurants.
