We stopped here while walking around town and visiting shops. The menu is a bit odd, but the food was edible and interesting. We tried the cactus fries, but they were pasty and limp (and expensive). This was a late lunch, so burgers were ok and the table on the sidewalk was entertaining for people-watching.

We had the elk and the pork chops and the buffalo tenderloin. Excellent. Also nice Margaritas, quite large. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice atmosphere. Greatly recommendable

Food was good but only one selection of Bison on the menu. Times change but a Bison steak or/and prime rib is a choice for the menu. They had a Bison tenderloin which was very good. Ordered a Prickly Pear Margarita which they now "fancy" up instead of just making it a regular one flavored.

Sat outside to eat which may have been a mistake as the server seemed to forget we were there. We seemed to wait a long time for everything. Steak was average, although the vegetables are good.

Over the years we have eaten in Silver Saddle quite a few times. The food is always excellent and in a town, as in any tourist town, where customer service is always good, the service from Thomas the manager, the woman bartender, and Matt our server was over the top good; exceeding expectations. The bartender handled what could be a... More

We loved the food at the Cowboy Club that we ate there for two consecutive nights. We returned from the Grand Canyon at 8:45 p.m., near closing time, and the staff welcomed us, seating my family without any hesitation. Thank You for allowing to eat past closing time.

I had the buffalo pot roast and my girlfriend had a basic chicken salad. The roast was a tad dry but still very good. The mashed potato was a little bland. Overall, the meal was tasty...not perfect but tasty. The chicken in my girlfriend's salad was very flavorful. I loved the decor and interior. The booths are great! Great service... More

We are fried cactus with a prickly pear dip and it was delicious. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The only negative point I would have is there are only a small few vegetarian options, but it is a cowboy restaurant after all.

Steak is to die for. Food was very satisfying. Atmosphere was nice. Waitress/bartender was AWFUL! We waited 25 minutes for our check after asking twice. We were never asked if everything was alright or if we needed anything while we were eating.

We ate at the Cowboy Club last year and looked forward to taking our son with us this year to enjoy this wonderful food. We ordered the buffalo chili again, cactus fries again, buffalo skewers again, pulled pork sandwich and baby back ribs. Their raspberry/plum? BBQ sauce was phenomenal. Great experience there once again. Highly recommend their chili. Even took... More
