We were wanting a steak on our last night in Sedona and chose the Silver Saddle Cowboy Club. Being from KC and living in DFW, our steak standards are high. Casual attire is fine. Service - Ben was our server and was fantastic. The right blend of attitude and energy. Additionally, the servers are all dressed like Cowboys which is... More

We were looking for a bit nicer place to eat that still had some Sedona history to it. We decided on the Silver Saddle because it was attached to the Cowboy Club which has a long history in Sedona. Our food and deserts were excellent and the service was top of the line. A little pricier than the Cowboy Club,... More

There are two parts to the Cowboy Club - the Grille and the Silver Saddle. The Grill is more family style with hamburgers and sandwiches whereas the Silver Saddle is a fine dining experience. We were given many "treats" from the chef. An salmon bite when we first sat down, a lemon palate cleanser before the main course, and a... More

My wife and I enjoyed this restaurant. We ordered the appetizer comb that had rattlesnake sausage, cactus fries with prickly pear sauce, Indian bread, and buffalo skewers. I ordered the elk chops and my wife ordered the halibut steak. Both were excellent and very special. Our waiter friendly and prompt. I would return again next time in Sedona.

We had the buffalo tenderloin - shared a plate ($10 extra, half the protein, full sides per plate) and were bowled over by the great taste, with the black garlic demiglaze - swooooon. Perfectly done at medium. We had been advised to get a margarita with a prickly pear added... it was indeed great. We got top-shelf liquors for a... More

My wife and I ate here along with another couple. The filet was excellent and our server (Nathan) was great and extremely helpful.

Our steaks were very overcooked (ordered medium, prepared well done +)....when we communicated this to the server, he went to get a flashlight (although it was still daylight out and we were on the patio) so he could check them in "natural light"--finally concluding that the steaks were indeed overcooked. Eventually the manager came by and immediately saw that our... More

My wife had the Buffalo Tenderloin. I had the Elk Chops. Both were served with sweet mashed potatoes and asparagus. To say both were delicious is an understatement. Our server did an excellent job as well. We will come back

I had a steak my spouse had buffalo roast, both prepared very well. The atmosphere was country western and fun (we aren't country western fans but it was appropriate). The mashed potatoes were wonderful!

On Tues., 6/14/16, my wife and I dined at the Silver Saddle inside the Cowboy Club...very disappointed! We've eaten here on every visit to Sedona in the past 15 yrs., and the place has definitely gone downhill. I ordered the Porterhouse steak...what a joke! It took up my whole plate, I know that sounds good but it was maybe 1/2... More
