Not so great - five small pumpkin ravioli for $22! 😳 And, we were there on January 18th, and there was still a lighted Christmas tree and wreaths up. Really?!? We were the only ones in our part of the restaurant, and now I have a sense as to why... Sad, as I really wanted to like it!

We had traveled from NC to AZ and were starving. This was the first restaurant we came across and figured how bad could it be. It is a weird restaurant thats primary focus is on its historical background. We were seated in the front room which is very small (maybe 6-8 tables) with a very tight feeling. As we sat... More

The prime rib was excellent, the atmosphere beautiful and the service terrific. Definitely will be back, and will recommend to all my friends and family.

Quirky "cabin style " restaurant. Dinner was good we had a fixed menu for the New Years Holiday. Service was good. It was nice to see owner working as the host. Not a upscale steak house, but it is a good meal at a fair price.

I haven't dined in such a gracious and relaxing environment in years. Everything we ordered was fresh and exquisitely delicious. A vegan, a carnivore and a teenager all relished the mushroom soup, as well as their respective extremely satisfying entrees. A favorite with locals in a town with plenty of hype--this was a true gem and a memorable family dinner.

This was a bad choice for what should have been a special dinner. The atmosphere was odd, both the employees and the surroundings were antiquated. The big Thank You sign in the window blocked what little light was coming in. The bread rolls were reminiscent of the Pillsbury Dough Boy. The steak and prime rib were fatty. The sweet potato... Enjoy an evening in a warm and beautifully historic room with friends and family. We loved the ambience and the good food of this long running restaurant. You feel like you go back in time and can eat a lovely meal to boot.

Stopped here for dinner after a long day of sightseeing and we're amazed at the rich history and incredible food. We arrived late and basically had the dining room to ourselves. Our server was great and our entrees were divine. If you go, be sure to walk around and see all the different rooms, including the post office.

We decided to stop here for dinner as the restaurant is located near the resort we're staying at and was highly recommended. The hubs had the prime rib dinner which was huge. I had the soup of the day which was delish. The decor was historical and interesting. We enjoyed reading the history of the place.
