Right across the street from Pink Jeep Tours. Great locally made ice cream to cool you off after your tour. Try the prickly pear ice cream for a real taste of Sedona.

The made-on-the-premises ice cream was delicious, the menu was pretty broad, and the service was excellent. The person who made our order was very patient with my three kids, offering samples, dealing with their changes of heart, and even making my seven year old a second cone when he dropped his first. Seating is limited but the benches out front... More

One scoop is about the size of your head but the ice cream is really good and home made waffle cones.

Went to the Black Cow twice for ice cream. Easily the best ice cream I have had in a very long time. Portions were generous, variety of flavours was great and changed from day to day, service was very good as well. Worth the trip. We had a gelato at another shop the week before and it didn't compare to... More

We walked in and expected to see a wide variety of treats, but the selection was minimal. Had scoop of French vanilla ice cream with sugar cone (5 dollars). Ice cream was good, but not over the top. The server looked annoyed or hung over. Convenient as it is along shopping tourist area.

Worth the parking and people hassle. Dreamy home-made ice cream and pies with other equal quality items. This is a must in Uptown if you are seeking some sweets. I had peach pie a la mode, wife had multiberry. Best cocoanut cookie on the planet. Yum, yum, go get some.

A friend said this was a wonderful place to go for ice cream. Boy were they right. Ice Cream, pies and treats are homemade. Fun staff and right in town so it's the perfect place to stop when it gets a little arm. Loved it.

Surprisingly we couldn't find many places serving ice-cream in Sedona and this was one of the few we came across. Good ice-cream but a bit on the expensive side. Sundaes looked gorgeous but I was always too full from lunch/breakfast somewhere else to try one.

Very good homemade ice cream. Espresso swirl and vanilla were excellent. The small size is very generous and the price is great. Service was exceptional. Two young men (one looked like a young Val Kilmer) were so charming and personable. We had ice cream there twice preferring it to a chain ice cream store,

We were looking for a quick place for lunch and found Black Cow Cafe. We got a buffalo chicken sandwich and a hot dog. The sandwich was huge! They claim to have the "World's Best Hot Dog." It comes in a baguette roll. Very different! Great place for a cheap lunch in the middle of the action.
