Where do I begin....I knew Rene as a friend. When he opened his Tlaquepaque restaurant I was a regular guest for anniversaries, birthdays, and quiet evenings of music and French cuisine. My mother sang at the piano several times over the years. I even had the great fortune to hear Jimmy Vaughan (related to Sarah Vaughan) playing Rene's grand piano... More

We love this restaurant and eat here often when we visit Sedona, which is usually several times a year. We love the outdoor seating in the evenings. The food is wonderful. We love the escargot and sauté Brie for appetizers. I've had most things on the menu. The Mushroom Strudel and the Filet Mignon are particularly good. The mushroom strudel... More

We had some steaks and a halibut and a frech onion soup as starter. Everything tasted super delicious and we enjoyed all of our food. The Steak was well seasoned, absolutely Tender and in Point!! The Service was extremely attentive. Very recommendable!!

While wandering Tlabueqaque galleries on a hot Friday afternoon we sought lunch and a cool table at Rene. Wow. We're hadn't done any on line research, just wandered in and were blown away. We split the Rene House salad, spinach, goat cheese, dates, and a lemon vinaigrette. So refreshing. Then we shared a chicken salad croissant. Did I mention it... More

Lunch was great! Kevin recommended a seared scallops salad special and an appropriate wine with it. It was delicious. I also had cappuccino and dessert. Very nice atmosphere!

Always a charming place to eat in the center of Tlaquepaque. Our anniversary dinner on a Saturday evening. The service was gracious and fast. Attention from the four professional waiters was constant and we lacked nothing. Food, as always was outstanding as was the ambience with a live jazz guitarist playing as we are. We'll be back for sure. Recommended.

This was such a wonderful experience. Recommended by a friend and nesseled in a wonderful village of shops. This was a relaxing and special experience. The shrimp and grits was one of the best meals I have ever had and I'm a foodie! !! You MUST go here!!!

Came here for lunch and the service and food were awful. The waiter couldn't remember his own name and fluctuated between being nice and rude. Wait times for him to remember you were there lasted forever. Are they trying to imitate leisurely dining like in Europe? They failed. The sandwich we got for lunch was not worth $14, a 6... More

We stumbled on this restaurant while shopping. The courtyard was charming so we stayed for lunch. The food was delicious, healthy and unique. The meal was memorable, service refined and the atmosphere topped off the trip. It was a little pricey, but worth it.

My husband and I were celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary. The maître d' made sure that our experience was wonderful starting with the sprinkling of rose petals on our table. It was a Sunday, the day before 4th of July, so the restaurant was not super busy (and our reservation was early - 5:30 p.m.). Our server was a seasoned... More
