Rene has a great ambiance (how can you not in Talquepaque?) and great service. We ate here for lunch and it was a very lovely afternoon. The food is just okay though. I don't think it was anything special that you couldn't find elsewhere. I guess I expected more French or unique items on the menu. Just seemed strange to... More

I've been to Sedona a number of times and I always make time to eat at Rene's. the food is lovely and the location is well placed with lovely shops all around. the services is always friendly and attentive. We went for lunch. Wife ordered the Wagu burger and I had the Falafel. Both were excellent. Burger was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. The Falafel on Pita was unexpected but was prepared perfectly and tasted like it came from any mid-east restaurant. We ate outside as the weather was so beautiful. Our server was attentive and pleasant. Over great... More

We dined at Rene on 9/15/16. It was the best dining experience ever. The ambiance, service, food was excellent. Truly 5 star. We chose inside dining over outside. Either would have been fine. White table cloths, fine china, never rushed. It doesn't get better than this.

Wonderful little gem inside a quaint plaza. Food and wine selection is excellent. Best French onion soup! Service and staff was perfect.

This established Sedona favorite is second-to-none in service, food and ambiance. Both my wife and I were impressed with all aspects of our dinner, especially the superb service from our waiter (who has been with this establishment a long, long time). My Antelope was as sensational as promised, and although a first for me, was succulent, tender and cooked perfectly.... More

We came in for lunch today during the Fiesta de Telaquepaque. We ordered sandwiches & waited 40 minutes & still no food. We finally found our waiter who said they had run out of chicken salad & were rushing to make more. He said his manager would be over to speak to us. He never came so for the first... More

Service was very good and friendly. But the food was bland and less than expected. Would not return, particularly given the prices.

My wife and I were looking for a casual but nice restaurant on our last evening in Sedona. Rene's was a perfect spot. We sat on the patio for our dinner and the atmosphere was extraordinary! Rick was our waiter and he was excellent. I order the Rack of lamb and my wife had the Dover Filet of Sole. Both... More

We normally sit outside in their charming courtyard, but it was raining, so we chose inside. As a personal preference, I would request the larger front DR in the future...I find it annoying to be back by the kitchen door. The food carts are going past you constantly, accompanied by the noise of the door. Service and food here are... More
