Delicious and mindfully prepared organic vegan and mostly raw (or gently cooked) food served in a cacoa tree garden oasis - pure heaven! I was on a strict elimination diet when we visited ChocolaTree and I was delighted to have so many options for tasty, clean eats. Locally sourced, free of gluten & processed sugars, plus non GMO. The juice... More

Yummy vegetarian food in a relaxed, beautiful setting. I had the Avocado Herb Sandwich with a with Green Mountain Lemonade this time. My friend had the Quinoa Kale salad. The lemonade had ginger, honey and a little wheat grass which cut the sweet. We took another to go to have with some vodka later in the day (not healthy, but... More

We stopped in specifically for desert. We were here about 18 months ago during our last visit to Sedona and loved eating here back then. Tonight was the first of four nights we are coming... One new desert each night! We had the Spiced Hit Chai and the Pachamama Latte... Both were excellent! We split the Fruit Cobbler, which tonight... More

This was my second visit to The Chocolate Tree and it was a let down from the first. I had the bean burger and was a bit disappointed in its taste and consistency. The taste was stale and the consistency was pastey. Pastey? It was afterall a "bean" burger. Picture refried beans fried into a burger shaped patty. It was... More

I had lunch in the garden and it was a wonderful, whimsical setting. Peaceful and relaxing. I had the mushroom fantasy which is a vegetarian dish featuring (you guessed it)! mushrooms in a wonderful sauce with wild rice. The best part was the fresh squeezed ginger lemonade. I would have said 5 stars but the waiter was a little overworked... More

You've only come to the right place if you're really into gluten-free/vegan foods and appreciate the "Hare Krishna" atmosphere, otherwise, just don't... - If you look left, you'll find someone from the Hare Krishna. If you look right, you'll find one too. - I ordered the "saag paneer", hoping to fulfill my daily protein needs. What I get is one-half... More

I am lactose and gluten intolerant. Their menu had everything on it that I could eat. Including my favorite desert that I hadn't had in nine years: tiramisu. Oh it was the best. The staff were happy and pleasant.

I would happily eat here every single day while in Sedona. Informal and tranquil environment with lovingly created super healthy and nutritious dishes, drinks and desserts. And quality market pkace snd gift store too. Devine patio at the back. An oasis in West Kelowna. PS if you love processed food do not come here.

If you want to eat healthy this is your spot! Sunshine salad, Philosopher's elixir, buckwheat waffles, homemade organic chocolates and juice of the day are just some of the highlights of the place! Check it out! You will be happy you did! They serve fine healthy spirits now!!!!

The place was beautiful. We sat outside and the garden setting was great. The food was okay. Have had better organic food in Sedona. The ginger lemonade was very refreshing. The quiche which was special of the day was not moist. The waffles and mushroom sauce was good.

Description
HOW IT ALL CAME TO BE Kelly Johnson and Jen Marie met in March of 2006, while Kelly was first creating his delicious chocolate creations. Soon after meeting Jen began to tend the garden at the building Kelly was creating his chocolates. At that time, it was quite barren but Jen was determined to create a sanctuary where the elemental beings could rejoice. She planted the garden with the inspiration of Anastasia and assistance of many locals to Sedona. Through an unusual course of circumstances the building that is now ChocolaTree became available for rent. So, father and daughter David and Jen Marie opened their doors as ChocolaTree Organic Oasis in January 2009 with a vision. Our Vision We see a World of natural beauty where every child is born into a domain with clean air, pure water and their very own garden growing fresh foods in a splendid paradise! Intention ChocolaTree is a Sanctuary where each Being can nurture their Authenticity
