Oh, yes! Tamales! MMMM... and the portion size is huge! Be ready for a take-out box! Delicious and fairly priced.

You can easily overpay for food in this area, but we found the breakfasts here to be hearty and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and accommodated a couple special requests with no issues at all.

Very enjoyable meal and very attentive staff. Portion sizes resulted in many of the dinners asking for take-out packaging.

Driving by, we took a chance in the Village at Oak Creek area and needing lunch. Well worth returning as the shrimp quesadilla and carne asada we ordered were great and well satisfied. With only a few tables occupied, apparently not that popular for a mid-week lunch but should be!

The food was really good. Very good portion sizes. The waiter and servers went the extra mile to give us some free rattlesnake. I would definitely recommend going here.

My husband and I ate at Maria's just before the holidays. I am a "big" fan of chili relleno and Maria's is the best by far in this area. We live in Cottonwood and have a number of Mexican Restaurants near us, one of which we frequent often. However, as far as chili relleno goes I feel that Maria's is... More

We ate at Sedona's tourist Mexican food mill, the Javelina Cafe, paid too much for boring food, and at the awful place near the Grand Canyon, so Maria's was a revelation. The ambience, presentation, and meals were excellent.

Quesadillas were wonderful, tortilla soup was good, enchilada was excellent, and fajitas were great. I don't remember the exact cost for dinner for four of us with drinks but it was not unreasonable. Olga nice as described in other posts, ask her for a recommendation if you don't know what to order. I'd go here again.

Very good chicken tortilla soup with a hearty broth. Great warm-up after cold hike to Cathedral Rock.
