We decided to eat here because we were in the area for an appt. The service was good as far as the waitress but she was as frustrated as we were when one meal came out and the other did not for several minutes and then the salad was missing. We had expected to have our salads first. The manager... More

Ate there for dinner and comparing this to other macaroni grills I would give it an average I guess. The lasagna was kinda weird and tasted funny. The chicken parmesan was good.

This review covers a Monday evening visit for 4 adults. We walked in around 6 pm and were seated immediately; restaurant was about 1/4 full. Our waitress approached and took our drink orders, then left us with our menus. So many interesting-sounding choices! We ordered 2 appetizers - the macaroni & cheese bites and the bruschetta. I then ordered the... More

It's an adequate chain restaurant. Service was good and the portions of food were large. Service was OK.

We dined on a Saturday night and thought it was a good thing that we got right in at 6:30. The restaurant was not full and we were seated promptly. That was the end of the good part. From the start, the delivery of the food was slow. We were told that the bread was about 5 minutes away. We... More

When you're hungry and in a hurry, Macaroni Grill is the place for you. If you feel like a romantic date, skip the place. The location is rather cold, even for always warm Scottsdale Arizona. Meals are far from subtle, just plain plenty. And it's served very fast. We were in and out within a half an hour. A special... More

Chicken Scaloppine was one of my favorites, the last two visits it was dry, rubbery and tasteless....even the bread was not the same, stale and dry...I won't be back.

While on vacation, we dined out on most evenings. This was our least favorite place. We went only because there is not a chain near our hometown...now I'm okay with that. Everything was just okay, but we still managed to enjoy our visit. Too many better places to eat at.

Went there 6 months ago and it was just ok, it's sunk far brow that now. Weak cocktail, stake bread, globs (literally) of schemes on cold pasta and really lousy service. Mom's chicken parm was burned under the sauce and cheese. Never offered to refill one's iced tea. Absolutely nothing to bring us back!

We generally really like this chain, however this particular location was not up to standards. As we walked in the front entrance I immediately smelled a stench of sewer gas coming from the restroom area. That was followed by very slow service generally. I will probably not return, but go to their sister restaurant Maggiano's which is excellent.
