Entire experience was great. Warmly welcomed, great service and amazing food. Cornbread was fantastic could have ordered again for dessert it was so yummy. Enjoyed bbq salmon and ribs and chicken. Cleaning protocols were quite clear great attention to details.

Both the food and the service were excellent! I don't often give these ratings. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. Both the salmon and the meatloaf were excellent. The service at Bandera was second to none.

Strict dress code. Comon we are in Arizona !!! Plus NO Cash. Cash is king. Too alarmist for me and families are not welcome regardless what they say. I quote from their website——“Our restaurants are generally not the best environment for young children. We welcome...families”. Yeah right. In addition, Just because you are in Scottsdale you pay Scottsdale prices which are ridiculous for what you get. Food just adequate. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere!!!More

I’m a sucker for a French Dip sandwich on any menu as it’s just something I’d never do at home. I found THE BEST one I have ever had here. It was so delicious I could have eaten two! My wife had a salad, I...forget which one, but really enjoyed it as well. As we were eating here during COVID-19 time, we were sure to arrive very early for dinner. It was a weeknight and we ended up one of only a few tables. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Everyone in masks. If you’re thinking of eating out but afraid of crowds, try this just before 5pm some weeknight. No crowds, fantastic food, great service. Support your local businesses do they don’t all go under during these trying times.More

We have been patrons of Bandera's both here in Scottsdale and in Chicago for several years and have always been pleased with their service and food. Since COVID has hit our nation, we have been using their curbside pickup up. Each time our order has...been the same price ($19.00 per sandwich) BUT without fries. Last week, we asked that fries be included in our order for four sandwiches and were told that french fries were only included with dine in orders. The explanation I received from Michael was "fries are best within five or ten minutes from the fryer and don't travel well." I explained that we are 9 minutes away from the restaurant and are fine with getting them to "travel." There was no way around this ridiculous policy. If the patron is paying the same price and is happy to have their fries out of the fryer for 10-15 minutes, why the ridiculous policy. If we are dining in, the fries would remain on our plate for longer than 10 minutes. With the hefty price of $94.00 with tip and taxes for four French Dips, we have, along with our two friends, taken Bandera's off our restaurant list and will order from Paul Martin's on Scottsdale Road. Their French Dips are excellent AND they include the fries.More

I dare you not to order the cast iron cornbread! They are known for rotisserie chicken but I can't get passed my love of the Macho Salad, so I try to go with people who will split other things. Cuban sandwich, enchiladas, ribs - and...banana cream pie. If you're near Old Town Scottsdale, you've got to eat at Bandera!More

What a wonderful experience we had at this place. We actually went to TripAdvisor to see the reviews. The service is second to none the food is great and I had the best starter salad I’ve ever seen in my life. Goat cheese and guacamole...I mean avocado and corn and stuff in the salad was just awesome Arugula and much more. We had the burgers which are very very good made out to Chuck stake. Coleslaw was included in the burger which added a great taste.More

Slightly unexpected, we walked in the back entrance thru the kitchen by accident. Not sure what to expect, but as soon as we hit the restaurant was amazed at the overall great vibe and energy. Had to wait for a table as it was super...busy, would recommend booking. They were happy for us to sit at the bar and wait, didn’t have to wait long to get a table. Bar staff were excellent and very friendly. Food was fantastic and quick. The corn bread was delicious, best ever. Definitely go again.More

We stopped after the Scottdale Art Walk and sat at the bar. Unfortunately we were already full from our dinner earlier, otherwise the food being served at the bar would have enticed us to eat. The menu was very interesting and the cocktail menu was...very good. The atmosphere was very old school, lots of wood, very posh, and yet very friendly. We'll definitely go back with an appetite.More

No, but they have a good selection that is reasonably priced and fairly knowledgeable staff to make recommendations.

There is no outdoor seating. Not sure about finding their cocktail menu online. I will say I had a cosmopolitan, and it was one of the best ever (and I am picky!). They offered two options for the age of the Chivas my... More
