The chopped salad, ahi tuna and bacon donuts make for a tasty meal at this pleasant spot in old town. Mary Ann is your girl. She knows how to take care of a customer.

Ciao Cowboy serves good food but the loud atmosphere is distracting and uncomfortable. The environment does not seem to absorb vibrations, and sound seems to resonate and reverberate to high levels making the dining experience uncomfortable.

I like the diverse menu here. There were lots of interesting menu items to choose from. I would say this is a great place to try.

Lunch with my sister in law on a hot, humid July and we pretty much had the place to our selves. We split the Stetson salad and the Steak sandwich. Salad was very tasty and fresh but thought it was a bit small for the price. Steak sandwich was mostly a thick slice of bread with 2 very small pieces... More

Cowboy Ciao is an upscale dining restaurant with a limited menu of very unique dishes you won't find anywhere else. The service is respectful and fine - some of the female servers can be a bit snooty. You come here for the food, which is spectacular: the stetson chopped salad, mushroom pan fry, etc. The desserts are incredible, as well.... More

Cowboy Ciao is a local fixture in the Scottsdale restaurant scene and a great one. Food, amazing wine selection (no, not just large, it's huge and filled with known and obscure choices), lots of ambiance and just a great place for an enjoyable dinner. The only negative for us has been some spotty service, but that's only been a couple... More

This place is a staple in scottsdale and worth the visit if you haven't checked it out. The Stetson Chopped Salad is simply amazing and can be shared or had alone as a meal. The menu was good, with just enough but not too many options to select from (a fish, meat, chix etc) so simple good selections. Would rec!

Great spot for a date night or couples night out. Had the bacon bread and pulled pork for appetizers and the fillet for entree. All were delicious. They have a VERY extensive whine list for those whine lovers. It's a tad pricy but you do get what you pay for. I would go back.

Everyone talks about the Stetson Chopped Salad at Cowboy Ciao. I had to try it. It was amazing. They bring this beautiful looking salad that looks like a painting and the mix it at the table side. The salad has colorful ingredients including Israeli Couscous, Roma Tomato, Sweet Corn, Smoked Salmon, toasted pumpkin seeds. The dressing is very yummy! I... More

This place has so many surprised, from the gigantic impressive wine list, to the items on the menu that continue me thinking when I can return. The crab and avocado app was excellent, the scallops we perfect. The lamb chops were so flavorful with Indian spices but just the right amount. The swordfish was delightful but the pork chop which...
