We ate here as part of our Arizona Food Tour. As part 4 of our tour we were getting full but we ate every morsel. I would love to go back and try a full meal. The wine list is huge!

We went to Cowboy Ciao during restaurant week .The menu items offered were all delicious. There were three in our party and we picked each featured entree. We were quite satisfied. This is on our list of must return restaurants. Plus Cowboy Ciao's location in downtown Old Scottsdale is ideal for an after dinner stroll.

If I could give a half circle....I would. The food is deserving at least of that and in particular the Stenson Chopped. It has been a favorite for years but also seemingly smaller in portion. If I could rate the management and service, I would not even give it a single circle. My husband and I decided to return to... More

Peter Kasperski has created a culinary harmonic convergence here in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. Pioneering menu, beyond interesting wine list and service that is non-pariel. At the same time both quirky and authentic, this is a must destination for the discerning omnivore.

Cowboy Ciao has maintained a good standard over the years and they still do it better than most others around. The food is a little different and tasty and always well presented.Service was as expected.

This is an extraordinary restaurant. Good service, great atmosphere, and amazing food. If you choose to dine here (and I HIGHLY recommend it), you will not be disappointed. Ample seating, reasonable prices, delicious food, and friendly staff and service. One tip - MAKE A RESERVATION! They fill fast. Another thing - a few dishes I need to point out. If... More

Great dining choices with Scottsdale prices. The place is pretty crowded with tables though and the acoustics are terrible amplifying every conversation. Conversation at our table of 8 was tough due to the noise.

Mushroom pan fry is worth returning for - light, flavorful, beautifully presented, over perfectly prepared polenta. Stetson salad was good but not quite sure why it - and the table side mix - gets rave reviews. Chocolate birthday cake was just adequate and on the dry side. Overall a decent meal. I would definitely go again for the mushrooms but try... More

Walked in for a late lunch and was a little underwhelmed. It looks and feels a bit like a bar. But it was late and I could not be bothered to walk anywhere else. I'm glad I stayed. I ordered the steak pappardelle and I have to say it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. I... More

We came here (family of 4) while visiting Scottsdale based on other TA reviews. The restaurant was busy. Service was a tad slow (minus 1 star) however the food was excellent. We loved the Mac n cheese with potato chips and pancetta. The mushroom pan Fran is unique and quite good. We had the pork Rhine and avocado smash app... More
