Great dinner location. Close to shops and pubs. There are good variety of dinner dishes. I got their mushroom dinner plate and it was wonderful. Their house special salad is also outstanding and worth ordering.

The Stetson chopped salad may be the best salad that I've ever eaten. Highly recommended! I also had the mini version of the mushroom dish, but couldn't finish half of it because of the size of the salad. My wife had the pork shank which was "fork tender" and very tasty. The salad is worth the trip!

Nice place in Old Scottsdale to go after wandering around. The Stetson salad was outstanding I had it with salmon, just an interesting mix that is tossed at the table. Very good and worth a repeat. Nice atmosphere for where it is and service was good.

We had a group of 10 and the service, wine list, and food were fabulous at Cowboy Ciao. Many, many places to dine in Scottsdale, but if you make it to old town this is a must. Mostly locals and snowbirds are there so you know it's a cut above. I would advise getting a reservation if in season as... More

This place was supposed to be sophisticated cowboy, the only thing sophisticated about this place was the prices. I would avoid this place. Not good. All four of us did not like our meal, that is rare

Ate here on 12/30 with my husband and two daughters, 11 and 15. We loved it! The exotic mushroom dish was so, so good...we fought over who got the last bite! Also notable is the craft soda choices (cream soda, amazing) and the house made ice cream... we had a tasting of 3 plus cereal killer which was one of... More

Great service with inventive menu choices. For instance, try the Cowboy Chop Salad and any of the entree's. This is a small restaurant with great food, wine selections and staff. Can get a little loud on a packed night, but the cozy setting is worth it. It's located in the heart of old town Scottsdale.

Fantastic salad. Cold, crisp and everything was separated which allowed me to mix ingredients to my taste. Request extra chicken for those protein lovers. A little bit more expensive than it should cost but it is Scottsdale! Recommend visiting.

If there's one thing you have to try, it's their chopped salad. Guarantee that all salad lovers will ask for the recipe when leaving. Food and service were outstanding. Only negative I can say is the acoustics aren't the best and it was very loud. Other than that, great place to dine.

Was told this was an "amazing place" with "inventive food." No it is not. It is very average, pedestrian food, no finesse, presentation looks like a preschooler plated the dish. The wine list is good, but who wants to drink Pichon Lalande with boring, dreary food?
