I came across Atlas bistro as a recommendation from the concierge at my hotel. He said that it was one of the best kept secrets in Scottsdale. The restaurant is a BYOB so we were able to bring our own special bottle of wine to the restaurant. Thy had a huge wine shop next door as well with a great... More

My wife and I dined for the third time at AB and it is still in top form. We had the three course degustation menu and were totally spoilt for choices! Top to bottom it was creative, inventive and tasty. We would compare it to Goosefoot (1 Michelin star) byob restaurant in Chicago. Todd and his team are professionals and... More

Hole in the Wall Place with fabulous food. Small place adjacent to a wine store (pick out a wine and bring it to dinner!) or BYOB. Not many tables, advise to make a reservation. Menu changes regularly. Creative dishes, very flavorful, great presentation, professional staff, very personal service. Go for the course dinner...most dishes are spot on, occasionally there is... Atlas Bistro reaches high -- the various items on the pre-fixe menu are elaborate and interesting. And, like many high end restaurants, the plates are designed -- little artistic gems. But each of our party of four had at least one "miss" -- a pate that was too dense, fish that was dry, etc. The service started out as surly... More

A wonderful intimate restaurant that allows you to bring your own wine or buy a wine at the adjacent wine store. A fix priced menu of three courses (four selections to choose from with each course) for $60. The kitchen is closed off to the dining room and the bar is in another room. At last a restaurant you can... More

Atlas Bistro BYOB is a great find. They offer a price fixed 3 course dinner for $60 and each course is wonderful both in its presentation and its taste. It is also a BYOB which is a refreshing change given the prices for glasses of wine at restaurants. The restaurant is intimate in size accommodating about forty people allowing conversations... Great food....it has been consistent...my third visit. It was restaurant week, so I decided to see what they were doing. Wow, no fooling around here. It's a BYOB restaurant with the entry through a wine store. My only complaint ....why do people feel they can go to a nice restaurant, no matter where it is located, and dress like slobs?... More

My wife and I dined at Atlas last night and were treated to another wonderful meal. The three course prix-fixe menu ($60) for August 26th had a wide variety of choices for each course. For the first course my wife had the Hudson Valley foie gras paté that was served with wild Oregon huckleberries, candied walnuts, grapes, celery, granola, and... More

This has been one of our favorite restaurants for years but visited last night and were terribly disappointed. We really like the BYOB concept and also the intimate setting. We are not particularly thrilled with the fixed price menu. Our appetizers were both way too salty ruining what could have been a good mix of fresh heirloom vegetables and an... More

When we arrived i was unsure, when we left I was blessed that we found this gem. What a great restaurant. The food was fantastic, service attentive a great meal, not sure I want to share this with friends as it is small and the food is so great. Will be back again. Thanks Noah
