We walked over from our hotel after speaking with a local who highly recommended OTTF for drinks and a casual dinner. The inner court yard is a fabulous place to spend some time with friends over cocktails and dinner. Our sever Clint was exceptional. He was attentive and quick with a great memory. The guacamole was fresh, tasty and had... More

Had a great business dinner last week! Our group of 45 enjoyed the customized dinner package. The food was impressive and the service was even better. The event coordinator was all over our high maintenance party. We look forward to hosting future events at Tortilla Factory. Hopefully on our next visit we will be able to enjoy the beautiful patio.

Stale chips, lousy food, bad attitude. I will never come back. My meal was no better than a Lean Cuisine. The "chips and salsa" was bad because the chips were stale, salsa was actually good, but you have to pay for it. That's right, no free chips and salsa. To top it off our waitress was really unpleasant. The court... More

They have a gluten free menu with almost everything on the menu represented. I had lime salad, green enchiladas and flan. Great evening on the patio. No misters but they weren't needed on a rare cooler Aug evening. Service was great. I'll certainly be back.

Bland, flavorless food. The absolute worst Margarita of all time. Living over half time each year in Mexico, I have significant experience with Mexican cuisine. Unfortunately, the smiling and enthusiastic waitress was not enough to overcome the underwhelming slop served from the bar and kitchen. The bar: I inquired how they prepare their Margaritas and got all the right answers.... More

A great menu with a twist. Had of variety of items that the entire family was able to choose from. The meatloaf was an item that stood out to me along with the tequila bar.

This place is terrible. Not sure what people in scottsdale think is good Mexican food. But this is not it. Select was poor. Tasteless.

Food and service were just ok. The space needs an update. Margaritas were good. My kids liked the food.
