Staff is Great...Mitch...Debbi...Mike and all the others. All except the new family member to be actress as a manager. My wife and I are locals and this is a weekly place for us. Loyal to the max even in the dog days of summer. On...this visit the place was near empty. We proceeded to the bar area for drinks and dinner. There is only one server other than the two bar servers and that server we have experience with and will not have him service us. When he showed up at our table we refused his service and the so called manager insisted that he was the only server excluding the two bar servers and herself...so we elected to leave saying that she had no loyalty to customers even though she had options to have us served. Her reply was..." I am loyal to my staff". Well it is we the customers who pay the way of the staff and the business. As the result we estimate that we spend perhaps $5000.00 each year or more here and we are now gone. We waited more than a month to see if she would realize her failure but no follow up. Others that we know in the neighborhood will never return as well as they have had sillier issues there. Sad for the excellent staff. If any of the staff reads this we wish you all well. My wife and I are locals and regulars at this excellent restorante. We have been going well over15 years or so under old and new management. We have been twice since the covid-19 breakout and just recently In June/July. Social distancing and face coverings are...being used without fail. The bar staff and service is excellent as well as the Happy Hour and food selections. A Titos full pour martini on Happy hour is just $7.00 and other well drinks are about $6.00 with great brand names like Tanqueray Gin. There is a summer three course special that is excellent including a very nice salad choice, then choose between three main dishes like Chicken Martini and Sand dabs and another with sides, and then wonderful desert and coffee for just $32.50pp. Who can beat that? Dined on Saturday, June 27th. Haven’t been here since the ownership changed. Won’t return. The 2 veal dishes we had were laughable. The veal was so incredibly thin there was zero flavor in the meat. Both entrees were covered in sauce or garnish. I had...to search for the meat. I realize veal is pricey- however at $33 I expect to have some meat.More

I was so happy to have found Darcy's restaurant. I was visiting in the area at the time. Nickie helped me with my reservation and i an so very happy. The food is wonderful and the staff is great.i will be back.

Food was decent but service was poor. 4 patrons next to us left because they were never served. Our experience was almost as bad. The establishment had an online Valentines day special of 15% off which they did not honor because we showed them the...coupon electronically on our phone instead of printed out on paper. That is very poor customer relations and indicates that they do not value our patronage. We will honor their decision and never return.More

Recently four of us dined for dinner on a busy Saturday evening. The restaurant is lovely with ample parking. In addition upon entering is a nice lively bar area. The bread served was outstanding, by the way not made in house. Our service was excellent...and very attentive. Our appetizers all excellent but portion size for the price was high, for example Burrata with tomato. Our entrees again for the price paid, was very small. Veal ordered was pounded so thin to perhaps cover the plate and smothered with mushrooms also to cover the plate. Eggplant also served was pounded very thin but you received 1 slice for $25.00 and given the inexpensive cost of eggplant several slices stacked on top should have been served. May I point out that none of us dining are big eaters. Flavors were all good, a wonderful homemade marinara which was delicious. So, in recapping increase portion size, no one ever complains of getting to much food. We will go back, but avoid the entrees next time.More

Very nice Christmas display of traditional decorations. Very nice Happy Hour as usual as we are regulars. Happy hour till 6PM. Great wine and coctails and a few good food choices. Excellent service by Mitch and Debbie and Mike who runs the bar.

A group of us, eight, dropped in for a dinner. They did a good job of accommodating us. The menu was interesting, the meals well presented and prepared.

We had booked a birthday dinner at this restaurant through Open Table indicating it was a birthday celebration....the restaurant was extremely busy for a Monday night and lacked the necessary staffing resulting in extremely slow service. The bus boys lacked the appropriate training as to...how to manage customers and their tables. The one good result of the dinner was the food which was first class. No acknowledgement by the staff of the birthday celebration. A disappointing eveningMore

Great food and service. Darcy’s is a gem. Try to come here when I’m in the Scottsdale area. Nice wine list. Located in the Troon area.

WIth all of the places in Scottsdale to eat- it's important to choose wisely. Unfortunately, we didn't feel we didn't feel this lived up to our expectations. Price fixxe was a good deal, however, and sangria and Caesar salad were good
