From the outside it appears to be just another restaurant in an upscale area. Once you enter, things change immediately. The spacious, multi-level interior with a spectacular bar immediately lets you know, "this is going to be different". The ambiance, the staff and the bill...More

This was a late lunch in the patio, inside is much too dark and depressing. Food was great, tacos and guacamole, great margaritas and service.

Have been here twice, once for dinner and then lunch. Service is good. Portions are a bit small. Tacos are good. Table side guacamole and chips are FAB! Restaurant is a dark and bit noisy but has a great vibe.

We went with friends we don't see often on a cold night so sitting outside wasn't appealing. The food and service was great, but it was so dark we couldn't see our food! We had to pull out our iPhone flashlights to find the forks....More

The waiter suggested the pork shoulder with a white sauce, along with fresh corn tortillas served on a hot stone. He was right! It was a great choice. The Petron shots and table side guacamole with chips and salsa are requisite. The restaurant was bustling...More

We enjoyed a lovely al fresco lunch, sampling tacos with a fresh take on beloved flavors. Surely one of the best restaurants in Scottsdale.

Celebrated by husband's birthday dinner- table side guacamole and salsa started it off right. Then the flat iron steak was cooked perfectly. Loved the service. Only dislike was it was just a tad bit too dark.

Enjoy the service and food. Have eaten here 4 times. Alway very good! Service staff very friendly. Recommend Almejas Al Vapor on lunch menu, with tableside Guacamole to start. Tecate Creekstone Skirt Steak tacos were tastey.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the restaurant is very dark inside. I mean, very dark. Checkout the menu online before going as it is somewhat limited, but what we had was very tasty. The guac is closest to homemade as I’ve...More

We ate on the outdoor patio, so I wasn't really in a position to notice the inside seating area. Perhaps you should contact them and ask. Regarding the Scottsdale Old Town area, we also dined at Los Olivos. We were... More

Description
Old Town Scottsdale’s heart is beating to a Latin drum, now that The Mission has arrived and brightened the restaurant scene. Renowned Zinc Bistro Chef Matt Carter is now cooking up modern Latin cuisine blending influences from Spain, Mexico, Central America and South America. Home made Tortillas, Arepas, and Salsas are made fresh daily and all meats are prepared on a Plancha or a grill using pecan and mesquite wood that instills a rich flavor.
