Six of us on a golf holiday visited for an evening meal. We ordered several different items and we were all very disappointed when our meals arrived. The quantity of food in each order was lacking as was the quality. I had pork tacos and what little meat there was in the order was dry and lacked flavor. The server... More

One of my favorite restaurants in Old Town. Great food and cool atmosphere. Back patio is a favorite.

Excellent service (Lexi), perfect tableside prepared guacamole and crispy/salty chips. Carne Asada street tacos where the bomb and their Mission margarita hit the spot. Good job Mission people.

We went for dinner with a group of 8 and found this to be a trendy busy restaurant that served modern Mexican cuisine. It was a little small on portions. The service was great. Seems to be better geared for more intimate romantic evenings for couples vs larger groups.

What a fun place! The Mission is in Old Town Scottsdale. We had a late lunch on the front porch. A waiter made guacamole at the table. We ordered quesadillas, fries and a seafood stew. Everything was delicious. Great atmosphere.

This is the second time we have been to this restaurant while on vacation and it continues to deliver a great experience with some unique cuisine. The menu is diverse enough to eat light with tacos or apps or go with a great dinner selection from different preparations of beef, to seafood and chicken. The prime skirt steak was very... More

We stopped in to the Mission after a long day walking around Old Town Scottsdale. We were very pleased with the experience. The restaurant was a bit slow when we arrived (early honestly), so the service was very attentive and helpful. I assume this is the same when busy, but don't know. We had the Table-side guacamole with chips/salsa. It... More

What a great place! Everything about it is amazing! The food, the ambiance and the service. I've been here multiple times and it never disappoints. It's a great date night spot and a fun place with friends. (And it's loud enough if you have to bring the kids ...no one will be annoyed by them because no one will hear... More

Wow! Great food and wonderful ambiance. Salsa was the best I've had in a restaurant. Fish tacos were superb. Chips very light and delicious. Guacamole was great. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Description
Old Town Scottsdale’s heart is beating to a Latin drum, now that The Mission has arrived and brightened the restaurant scene. Renowned Zinc Bistro Chef Matt Carter is now cooking up modern Latin cuisine blending influences from Spain, Mexico, Central America and South America. Home made Tortillas, Arepas, and Salsas are made fresh daily and all meats are prepared on a Plancha or a grill using pecan and mesquite wood that instills a rich flavor.
