Wow! Great food and wonderful ambiance. Salsa was the best I've had in a restaurant. Fish tacos were superb. Chips very light and delicious. Guacamole was great. A bit pricey, but worth it.

We got seated inside at first but asked to move outside. It was so noisy that we couldn't hear each other. They were kind about relocating us. The food was really good. Fish was a little dry. Service was timely but our server seemed a little bit snippy.

I have been to the Mission twice. Once for Brunch and the other for dinner. Both meals were so very native and made from local ingredients and recipes. The Bloody Marys were a meal unto themselves. It is pricey but worth the value in terms of food, service and atmosphere.

What a cool place! Went there with friends and had a very enjoyable meal. From their "Famous Mission Margaritas" to the Table Side made Guacamole, everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Flank Steak Taco's.

Always our first dinner stop on our Scottsdale visits. Cocktails are fun and "sabroso". The food is so flavorful and delicious. Nice wine selection. The patio is lovely and the service is fantastic! We ate at The Mission twice on our long weekend visit!

The ambience is identical to the food… Amazing! The best guacamole in town in addition to fabulous drinks. Always recommend to have a reservation otherwise he will not be seated during busy hours. Well worth the wait and great for business dinners!

I'm from San Diego....So Mexican food is extremely common. The Mission was a higher end, very interesting take on Mexican food. Everything was excellent!!

This is a good restaurant. Went there with 12 guys and had some very interesting and I believe unique meals. Salsa was very spicy and chips were terrific. Place is down in Old Scottsdale so a good place to spend a couple of hours if you have time. Small restaurant but we'll set up we had a good time.

A bit off the beaten path from the rest of Old Scottsdale's restaurants. Next door to the Old Mission Church on one side and the still functioning black smith on the other. Great food, Great service. Outdoor seating is fabulous. Inside seemed kind of dark, but we ate outside so it didn't matter to us.

I use to live in Scottsdale, am a foodie and regularly ate here. Now live in California but try to get to the Mission every time I'm in town. Love to come for long lunch or brunch on weekends. Little pricey at night.

Description
Old Town Scottsdale’s heart is beating to a Latin drum, now that The Mission has arrived and brightened the restaurant scene. Renowned Zinc Bistro Chef Matt Carter is now cooking up modern Latin cuisine blending influences from Spain, Mexico, Central America and South America. Home made Tortillas, Arepas, and Salsas are made fresh daily and all meats are prepared on a Plancha or a grill using pecan and mesquite wood that instills a rich flavor.
