What a find, out strolling the shops. For foodies - thumbs up. Interesting menu, tex-mex and South American influences. Generous portions, reasonably priced (for Scottsdale). Two outdoor dining areas. Suggest on-line reservation; busy place.

Visited with Cousins. We sat at the bar ordered beer wine and spirits and a couple appetizers. Very nice bar scene staff was very professional, just wish we had more time to spend there

A stylish restaurant serving a mash-up of Mexican, Spanish and French inspired food in the heart of old town Scottsdale. We arrived a few minutes early for our six pm reservation and even though they had a number of tables open, walk-ins were being told 1 hour plus for a wait (BE SURE TO make reservations). It's a pretty big... More

This place was getting packed when we arrived at 5:00 pm for dinner. We ate in the back patio. Love it! It was quite , not overcrowded , nice lighting. The service was really amazing, our server, Tony , was on top of his game ! Very polite, friendly and professional. He knew the menu very well. For appetizer we... More

We had heard such great things about this place but were sorely disappointed...we went in just to get a drink and check it out but couldn't get anyone to serve us. When we walked in, the millennial staff at the hostess stand did not greet us. We then went to the bar and tried to make eye contact with staff... More

We visited Feb 15th after a recommendation from a local resident. The ambiance was great if a little dark. I would say this Modern Latin cuisine wouldn't be my first choice but we wanted to give it a try instead of the usual Tex-Mex we have had before. The guacamole shared starter was really nice, although rather small compared to... More

It was a promising start with the greeter able to offer a choice of tables to accommodate a wheel chai r user. Drinks orders were prompt and we received our starters after a small delay because "the shrimp takes longer to cook". (Not in my kitchen but perhaps theirs!). The starters were good, especially the crispy pork. We then had... More

The food is fabulous. I love the Sunday brunch, especially chicken and waffles. It's so uniquely prepared. The service is great as is the atmosphere. The guacamole is a must!

This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! We had the best dining experience ever! Partly due to our amazing waitress Jasmine and partly due to the awesome food (best guacamole and pork tacos ever!) and ambiance... We were celebrating a special occasion and Jasmine really made us feel special!! She was such a lovely... More

Old Town Scottsdale’s heart is beating to a Latin drum, now that The Mission has arrived and brightened the restaurant scene. Renowned Zinc Bistro Chef Matt Carter is now cooking up modern Latin cuisine blending influences from Spain, Mexico, Central America and South America. Home made Tortillas, Arepas, and Salsas are made fresh daily and all meats are prepared on a Plancha or a grill using pecan and mesquite wood that instills a rich flavor.
