I had a great mediterranean salad here after arriving off a plane late in the evening. Great ambiance and service.

This unique eatery is a party in itself. Choose 5, 6, 7 or 12 improvisational courses prepared by Chef Hebert Stephens based on what he could find or fancy that day. The staff give you a list of categories that you can opt out of but have no final say over what you might actually find on your plate. More... More

Posh was highly recommended by a friend who visits Scottsdale frequently. I reluctantly went as I am not an adventurous eater. There isn't a typical menu. Instead you cross off foods that you don't like. The chef then prepares courses for you based on this list. So other than the main ingredient, he can prepare you just about anything. Everyone... Very interesting concept, where one does not order the exact dishes that you want, but rather what you don't want. From there, the chef chooses from options that include meat, fish, urchin, vegetarian... Our waitress explained that whether we chose 5,6 or 7 courses, the total amount of food served would be the same; 5,6 and 7 simply reflected the... More

On vacation in the area and took on this unique experience on a whim. I have never been so impressed and surprised at the variety of flavors the come from the kitchen. I love the format, the atmosphere and the service staff. A side note, we had the 6 course selection and as delicious as it was, it's a lot... More

We love the unique concept of the improvisational menu. We have been to Posh at least ten times in the last two years and have never had the same thing twice. Also, you very rarely receive the same dish as your dining partner. We have tried numerous dishes that we would have never imagined eating... And enjoying! Including Monkfish liver,... More

Treated ourselves to this restaurant for Valentines. Very unique concept. You cross off the menu what you do not like and the chef prepares dishes according to your likes. Had the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing. All dishes were excellent. Server was very attentive and the courses were spaced so we did not feel rushed. Pricey but worth... More

Luckily my birthday fell on restaurant week. I celebrated my birthday here. There were 4 of us and we each choose 4 courses. As others have said you fill out a paper with offerings on it...the type of food you like, what temp you like it at..if you have allergies etc. it was so fun to try everyone's dishes. I... More

From the excellent service to the delicious, beautiful food, Posh hits the mark. The restaurant is based on the unique concept of improvising each diner's experience based on his/her food preferences. Instead of a menu you receive a list of fresh, seasonal ingredients, cross off anything you don't like, add any special food allergies or issues, and Chef Joshua Hebert... More

Concept restaurants like Posh can go either way--some miss the mark and earn adulation for trying, and others hit the target and are all the more enjoyable because of it. Posh falls into the latter category. For those who do not know the concept behind Posh, it bills itself as offering "improvisational cuisine." You choose how many courses you want,... More
