We have been wanting Sushi since we left CA. I Was recommended this restaurant and so glad we went. From walking in the front door and being greeted we knew it would like this place. We ate at the sushi bar, spacious not on top of each other. Asked the server Jeanette to recommend 2,rolls to start we had the... More

While eating our dinner salads, my husband picked up what he thought was a large piece of lettuce and put it in his mouth-it was actually a waded-up latex glove with dressing on it! Apparently, there is a prep person that preps all the salads earlier in the day so all the servers need to do is put dressing on... More

The food was delicious, and beautifully presented. My friend and I shared a "box lunch. It provided the opportunity to have a taste of several items.

Second time we have been to this location for Tappan dining. While it is fun it is really loud too. Our server was spotty; forgot the soup and it came out cold; most likely it was sitting somewhere. Our cook was a buffoon; he cooked up the eggs for the fried rice and then wasted at least half of it... More

The best Sushi in Northern AZ and probably the United States. Decent prices also. Their new restraunt/building is beautiful. If you love sushi, then this is the place. If you have never tried sushi but want to, go here.

Had 9 people for my Birthday dinner last week and we had a blast. Our chef was fun and kept us entertained the entire time. We had the filet, lobster, shrimp and scallops. Everything was tasty. Bring a flashlight because the parking lot is dark.

Very good Japanese food for Americans. The Teppanaki grills are bust with groups having lots of fun. Excellent hostess and table service staff. Sushi bar too bright for me but clean and large. Outside needs some attention (weeds) - to complement clean food inside.

So very good. I was so impressed with everything about this restaurant. The sushi was fresh and so very good, it is one of my favorite sushi places ever. I will be back for sure.

We went for dinner tonight and our first surprise was an inexperienced Caucasian with an uncovered beard as our chef. We expected, for the price, an experienced, entertaining Japanese chef. I excused myself to use the restroom, and the soap dispenser was full of water, not soap. I let the owner know and nothing was ever done. (I went to... More

It was our wedding anniversary and having just moved to Prescott from Seattle we wanted to try a different restaurant. What a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, prepared where we sat, at the grill. All fresh and beautifully presented. Esoji customer service certainly exceeded our expectations and to that end we will DEFINITELY go back.

Thank Trudy S
