We stopped by here during the COVID19 pandemic, but were allowed to eat outside on the patio with our small dog. The lady that greated us was super nice and had all the rules down on serving us. I seen the servers cleaning and sanitizing tables as customers left. We shared a BBQ plate of ribs, brisket and chicken along with pickled vegetables. All were very good. Lots of shade on the patio and I would return. The had portable toilets outside for customers use and it was the cleanest porta potty I ever used. Very nice of them to add, since the restaurant inside was not opened.

I enjoyed a Dirty Verde, the wife, a house made kombucha, while our kids played vertical tic-tac-toe in a pleasant, shaded outside seating area, surrounded by pines with a light breeze. The wife and I split a SW Burger, I took fries, she took the coleslaw and we both enjoyed our choices immensely. The service staff worked like a family and were always available, anticipating our wants and needs.

We had no clue where to eat after our day hiking Tonto Natural Bridge cavern but the ladies there said to make a left coming out and head to Pine! The first place we saw, we stopped, and thankfully the food, service, brews and scenery were amazing! Candy was our server and she was super friendly and happy to chat with us about the area. We ordered fried pickle spears for appetizer and went with some local craft beers. There were 4 of us in our party and everyone enjoyed their meals. Tacos, burgers, and the Arizona dip were all so good! The scenery is beautiful, I can’t recommend this spot enough!

My wife, myself , and an out of town couple stopped by for a quick bite and draft beer. Our menu stated a happy hour that began at 5pm. Waitress stated that happy hour began at 6, not 5. I showed her the menu. A higher up lady came to our table to say that there is a posted notice on a wall of the building that says 6. She stated it was an error on their part and that they were waiting for new menus. She would not honor what the menu they gave us stated. We decided to skip the eats and just have a couple of drinks. Our waitress seemed bothered by the fact that we now were now not going to order food. A lady that subsequently began clearing a table near us gave a very unfriendly look. Have had previous visits before and were very happy with service and food. Do not plan to stop here int the future. Last visited about a year ago.

Very laid back place with great staff working hard to take care of everyone. We sat outside and enjoyed the cool breeze and watching kids play and dogs meet and greet. Get the pretzel appetizer and be sure to try both the beer cheese and beer mustard, hard to pick which was best! My husband had the ribs and brisket with a side smashed potatoes, very good. I had an Arizona Dip that was on grilled Texas toast, I could only eat half and a few fries! The rest will be my lunch tomorrow! We split a cherry cobbler with ice cream, yummy. We will definitely be back.

Stopped by THAT Brewery and Pub with friends, and it was a fun, relaxed experience. The outdoor seating was cozy, and Tabitha made sure we were well taken care of. Our favorites: Baked Mac and Cheese with green chilies & bacon—deliciously cheesy with a little kick and a satisfying crunch from the bacon. Ultimate Bacon Grilled Cheese was everything a grilled cheese should be. Elk Burger was a bit of a miss this time around—not as juicy as we’ve had before. The beer lineup: Backwoods Blonde – Light, refreshing, and easy to drink. Clearly That’s Hazy IPA – Fruity and juicy with Citra, Mosaic & Galaxy hops, smooth and no bitterness. Roadrash IPA – A balanced IPA with hints of grapefruit and a solid hop finish. THAT Mexican Lager – Light, crisp, and refreshing. Great food, interesting beers, and a friendly vibe. Would recommend for anyone visiting Pine and looking to relax with a good brew! Follow for more @wandering_lovebirds on Instagram

Terrible service and worse food. It came highly recommended too, so all we can guess is that the people that made this place great no longer work there. Burgers were like charcoal, the Mac & cheese was coagulated and tasted off, and the BBQ was nothing but gristle. None of us ate more than one bite. We should have asked for a refund but we just wanted to leave.

Seems like the only place in the area open on Tuesday nights - so it was quite busy. Beer was good enough to take some home - food decent, especially the meaty chicken wings - 6 is plenty! Service was hit or miss (more miss) and the patio is kinda bare bones, no real ambiance or anything. It met our needs...

I guess most places are on the side of the road but I mean this is the first place after a lot of woodsy environment. South end of Pine. The server was friendly and the food was great, the beer too. Brand new spacious covered patio was very nice. Dog friendly.

The food is good to really tasty. The beer runs between mediocre and bad. The IPAs probably cover up the poor brew technic. The other brews it's noticeable. I've tried the beer in the Valley (x2), at the Buffalo (x2), and at the brewery. Disappointing every time.

Great beers and friendly bartenders. Large outdoor patio. Food is mediocre at best. We had the Portabello mushroom and chicken sandwiches. Both were dry and bland (fries were excellent and side salad was nice and crisp, though). Their BBQ and burgers seemed popular so maybe we’d have been better off on that route. I’d still come back.

Nice setting in the pines with a brand new covered patio. Good beer selection. Taco Tuesday so had smoked brisket tacos. Three delicious but small tacos. Southwestern burger was big and very good. They close early so go for happy hour.

Drove by on our road trip, tried some different beers and their chili bowl, anazing! There were even 0 alcohol beer options, very nice! We also bought some to go, good value for the 6-pack! Very friendly staff! Both outdoor and indoor as well as bar seating! Go there!

Brisket was dry and flavorless. The ribs were ok and the elk chili was the best thing we had there. We'll not go back. Over priced food!

It was not busy but we waited over an hour for our meal. We should have left but we thought perhaps it would be worth the wait. NOPE. When the food finally arrived it was terrible. Burgers were small and dry, and the barbecue was inedible. There was more cartilage than meat on the ribs, the chicken was like sawdust. What they did to brisket was a crime. Even the soda was flat! The beer was middling, and the service poor. I don’t know how this gets good reviews… there are much better places in Pine-Strawberry.
