We arrived on an early flight to Phoenix and needed breakfast and our hotel bellman recommended Matt's. We arrived at the perfect time and didn't have to wait to be seated -- if you have to wait they provide a little seating outside and cold...More

We went to Matts. Service was the highlight. We had the 5 spot and the daily special 3 egg scramble. The food was average at best. The atmosphere is cute but the food is really nothing special.

Home style potatoes, bacon and cheese omelette, and toast. Chocolate milk...mmmm. Wonderful presentation, cooked well, but a bit lacking on the seasoning. I'd give it another go, and try another, more health-concsious option next round.

The place was packed which was getting packed as we arrived and our wait wasn't too long. We got griddle cakes, waffles and "the hog and the chick" and everything was delicious. Waffle was perfectly cooked, as were the pancake/griddlecakes. The homefries were really really...More

Definitely! It has to be one of their busiest days! Come early or bring something to read or someone to talk to, as You may have to wait depending on your arrival time. It's worth the wait!
