A business associate and I met there for a business lunch. Available seating was ample at midday, and we were greeted immediately by the host. The menu offered many appealing meals, and we were very pleased with the plating by the kitchen, and the flavors of the entrees. We had a pleasant experience at Fuego Bistro, and I surely shall... Hidden gem in CenPho. Fabulous Cort Yard. Romantic with their life band. Stupendous attention. Lots of food, come hungry. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I frequent Fuego Bistro at least once a month. We love the paella and everything else! The people are great and we always enjoy ourselves there.

Sat outside on a Saturday evening with friends for happy hour. The specials were excellent in orice. The server was very attentive and knew alot about the menu. I have a friend who is alergic to celantro the server knew right away if the dish in question had the ingredient....couldn't have been more pleased

I had the Mahi Mahi with jalapeno caornbread and the hous salad. Everything was delicious. The music was ok I was expecting some Tejano or Salsa but it was more folk. Overall great food and atmosphere. Will definitely come back

A tucked away little restaurant that seats about 30 inside. Quiet ambiance with friendly staff. I had the empanadas and they were both sweet and spicy and yummy.

I'm a Mexican food fanatic. I grew up eating homemade dishes with garden fresh ingredients. Consequently, I am a bit of a snob when it comes to Mexican restaurants claiming to be authentic. I call it how I see it. Good bad or otherwise. Let's get to this review now.. First off the location is quaint and off the beaten... More

The food was amazing, the out seating was perfect. I was looking for a unique place for dinner with my wife prior to a concert at Livewire in Scottsdale. Thanks for the wonderful experience

My son always challenges us to seek out non-chain restaurants. This place fits the bill perfectly. Basically the owners and partners are always at the restaurant and the chief takes personal pride in his meals. The bar is right in front of you so your drinks are made to your specifications and desires. The staff are very open and friendly.... More

I love this place, started going many years ago with groupon coupons. Still do now and again, they have unique southwestern food, great jalapeño cornbread a fun place to go. We always sit on the patio.
