I ordered the 24KT. Not sure how it got that name but the curry did have a golden color to it. Great dish and the mango sticky rice was a great way to finish the meal.

Quaint little Thai restaurant nestled in and among several other eateries in the Encanto area of Phoenix. I thought the Mu Yang was muy yummy! Flavorful pork skewers with a dipping sauce and a papaya/carrot slaw. Washed it down with a nice, cold beer. The bill came to less than $20. The service was a little on the slow side,... More

Great surprise. We've eaten in many Manhattan Thai restaurants but this place puts them all to shAme. Range of choices so.e quite different from typical Thai menu items (e.g. wild boAr) everything great, hot stuff was hot and dislikes were distinctly different staff very friendly Great experience

This restaurant was featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and it deserves the publicity. It is not fancy but the it has some decent tables and booths and an outside dining patio. The menu has a large selection of Thai food and all that we had was prepared well with the right amount of heat and present beautifully. The service... More

Loved celebrating Valentine's Day at the Wild Thaiger in downtown Phoenix this Sunday evening. We had their House Salad (with really great peanut dressing), appetizer of Spring Rolls, and the Chicken Curry with rice and veggies entre. All very delicious and gluten-free! Then....we had their raspberry cheesecake with chocolate sauce! (Ooooo -- to live for!) Every dish was a beautiful... More

We were downtown after one group member was at the convention center. One of our local friends recommended this place and we loved it. We all enjoy Thai food but our palates are in the mild or mild-plus range. Three had chicken Pad Thai and the plates were piled high with fresh ingredients. Two of us had Gai Katshu and... More

Really good Thai food. The service was great. Lots of variety with plenty of vegetarian options. The chef/owner really knows what she is doing. Selection of Thai beer and other wines and cocktails to compliment your meal. Do not miss this place!

Went to the Wild Thaiger after watching rave reviews from Guy on Diner's, Drive-ins and Dives. It was completely disappointing. First, we had to wait (for take-out) for over 45 minutes, and then, the meal was not good. At all. I've had better Thai food at most other Thai restaurants. However, the bright spot was the staff. Knowing we had... More

Lunch Special is a good deal at $10. We arrived at 1 PM and found a table for two without a wait. The Penang chicken curry was excellent. Service is also very good. We sat inside because it is too cold and dreary to sit on the terrace at this time of year. That area must be nice in better... More

We always like to try new places, and since we like Thai food, we decided to try Wild Thaiger. It was amazing! The food was fresh and hot and the service was excellent! Great find!
