It has been a few years since we dined in at Pomo and wondered where it had changed. The service was impeccable for a busy Saturday night staff were working well and coordinated to provide a smooth and efficient service. After placing our orders we were impressed with the fluidity with which everything arrived, fresh hot and tasty. A pleasant... More

The pizza was perfect, not too much sauce...crust was perfect not like chain pizza crust. Toppings- just the right amount. Oils and malt vinegar enhanced the flavors of the calzone. Service was personable and did a great with recommendations.

Great food and service! We shared one pizza and 2 meat plates and everything was wonderful. Plus, the mushrooms soup was legendary. We will definitely come again!

Small venue with very good food and friendly attentive servers. Prefer the pizza at Bianca's though !

Pomo was one of the first local restaurants I ate at in Phoenix. I ordered the lasagna and ate every bite. It's some of the best lasagna I've had outside of my house. To be honest, I'm not a fan of pizza, but I've been thinking of trying a slice or two at Pomo--it looks delicious!

I read the reviews, but couldn't believe that a restaurant with four locations could be so good; it is!!! Everything from the reception, where an open table reservation made thirty minutes before arrival, had my one request acknowledged and respected, to the service, to the wine list, to the food, to the digestive, was great. The owner is obviously OBSESSED... More

The crust! perfect, probably the best crust I have ever had. I like the Napoli style pizza and this did not disapoint. There is a reason it is best in the city.

My husband has been to Italy and said this is the most authentic Italian style pizza he has had in the US. The pizza was made with fresh superb ingredients cooked to perfection in their hand built brick oven. The wine pairing was excellent. The owner brought complimentary Italian crispy dessert along with an after dinner drink that was house... More

My husband & I love pizza, so we decided to try Pomo, during our visit to Phoenix. Not only was the pizza out of this world, the desert was just as good!!! Our waitress, Paula, was so nice & took time to explain the menu to us! Paula was very friendly & made our experience at Pomo, even better!! We... More

Description
Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tradition where each pizza is a unique piece of art.
We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, all natural ingredients, and the Blast-Cooking process for 60–90 seconds at 905°C on our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza.
Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough with a minimum of 24 hours in the rising process.
We are proud to be the First - "AVPN" Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana certified Restaurant in Arizona. We take Neapolitan pizza seriously and you will be able to tell with every taste.
