Family enjoyed the pizza and lasagna. Cool experience for the kids to sit at the Pizza Bar where they prepare the pies. Great atmosphere!

Having tasted pizzas in NY, Chicago, northern Italy and Southern Italy including Naples, This is the best. (Bianco's is good too, but everyone knows about that.) Love the after dinner limoncello--I made it using local lemons off our tree (we live in Phx) and Pomo's recipe on line. Delicious!! The owner is often on site. He knows what he is... More

Sat at the Pizza Bar. My server was attentive throughout the meal. Started with the Kale/Romaine salad. A really nice portion but the dressing was a bit tasteless. Had the Fried Misto asked for Calamari only and was nicely accommodated. A very nice appetizer. Had a Margherita Pizza for dinner which was delicious. Being from New York and a pizza... More

We wanted to grab a pizza before we arrived at the airport so Pomo seemed like the perfect place. We sat outside which was nice, good service and a good pizza too. Nice and chilled out which is exactly what we wanted.

Italian style pizza with good ingredients imported from italy. Simple design inside with patio . Menu is kind italian with some add for american customers. Chicken salad is fresh but little dry and taste canned oil. Two different pizza with parma proschutto, arugula , parmesan and tirolese with smoked proschutto. Pizza is italian style with good ingredients but is dough... More

We had the bruschetta trio and it was great. We split the Pomo pizza but had them hold the peppers and mushrooms. It was good and we didn't leave hungry. The only downside was a strong smell that we think was a cleaning solution.

Small spot. Pretty good food. Had the Diavola pizza and my friend had the calzone. Both very tasty and decently priced for the food. Would recommend especially during the nice Phoenix weather months for the outdoor seating.

My wife and I split a dinner salad and pizza on a weekday night. Cocktails, food and service was good -- nothing to complain about, nor to rave about. Appeared many of the surrounding tables really enjoyed the wine list here.

Description
Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tradition where each pizza is a unique piece of art.
We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, all natural ingredients, and the Blast-Cooking process for 60–90 seconds at 905°C on our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza.
Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough with a minimum of 24 hours in the rising process.
We are proud to be the First - "AVPN" Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana certified Restaurant in Arizona. We take Neapolitan pizza seriously and you will be able to tell with every taste.
