Been here several times with good food which is why we return. This evening, at 8:15 the vacuum cleaner went off and we were like, WTF. Rude, rude, rude. The server was more preoccupied with her plans for the evening than the order. We got one entree wrong, and basically ZERO apologies. Sad. Food was tasty, although the quantities of protein were sparse. Honestly they are other options in the Valley and if this is the way Management is going to run the business might be time to pursue other options.

We travelled on Christmas and drove through the snow down from Flagstaff to Phoenix. We got to town about 8 pm and found this place by using GrubHub to see what was open. We pulled in and the parking lot was full. Cool, funky space and friendly staff, even considering working the holiday. My daughter is vegetarian and they were willing to make any dish to fit dietary restrictions. We did a hot pot of Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai, and both were great. We got them mild for the kids, but I spiced my own portions up with their chili sauce. Great sticky rice with mango for dessert too. We left a big tip for their being open and welcoming. I would be happy to come back.

I ordered the lunch "special" because it said it came with a salad too. After I ordered they told me that the salad is not included with take out. WTF?!?! How is it any different if I eat it here or take it with me. I then asked if I could just buy a salad because I really wanted one and she said that she can't because there was no button on the screen to charge me. Freakin ridiculous!! $10 for a lunch special is not a good deal, especially if you don’t get all the items in the special. The food really wasn’t even that spectacular. There are many places to choose from when you eat out and needless to say I will NEVER come back here.

This restaurant is the worst place to order. Beware!!!! I ordered a shrimp dish and it came without any shrimp!!! Not even one! I called them and they spoke to the chef. He admitted that he forgot to add the shrimp. They said that they are unable to send another corrected order. I ended up eating curry rice with nothing else! Please beware!

STINGY!!! We ordered seafood soup. We got 2 pcs of shrimp, 3 pcs of shell quartered tomatoes, liquid, liquid, and more liquid….
I also ordered noodles. I got 5 slices of carrots, 2 chunks of broccoli, chicken, and flat noodles. The sauce was too sweet for me.
We’ve eaten at several Thai restaurants, but SaBa Thai seems like a trying hard Thai restaurant. Nothing special. The only good thing is they’re open after 9pm.

This is my go-to Thai place. I love that they can modify almost any dish with gluten free sauce!
My favorite dishes are the drunken noodles and the salmon with green curry. Kind of pricy but very delicous! Their pad thai is on the sweeter and saucier side, so just know it's not like most pad thais you usually find.
The staff is great - one time they let us host a last-minute party and let us hang stuff on the walls and turned up the music for us.
Highly recommend!

B and her staff do a great job in a market with lots of Thai places . I get the plank o shrimp and Thai noodles . Food is always good and the service is Great.

I ordered dinner from this restaurant twice and it was very good. Today I ordered two items from the lunch menu. I assumed they would be smaller versions of dinner quality.
The were the opposite. Over cooked, thrown together. No or terrible seasoning. Just beat up poor food. One item was listed with chicken. ONE piece of chicken in the entire container. Bummer.

Our Hotel Double tree recommended this Restaurant.
it was a mistake!!
Besides paying $20 ( $10 each way) to get from the Hotel to the restaurant, the food was way below average.
The food was tasteless and full of salt.

We had lunch with two people. My companion liked her dish, I found my yellow shrimp curry somewhat disappointing. I could not find the announced potatoes in it and the shrimp did not taste too fresh.

I ordered the potstickers and pad Thai. I was the only one in the restaurant. Potstickers took a while. I heard the cook say chicken pad Thai for table 4. They then realized I never got potstickers. They put the pad Thai aside, made the potstickers and brought them. They immediately brought out the pad Thai after that. It was not as hot as it should have been. Both had a good taste.

This is our go-to Thai restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly. We like to bring out of town guests here as it is in the neighborhood and we've never been disappointed by Sa Bai. The food also holds up well as a to-go order if you don't feel like dining in. The spring rolls, crab puffs and Coco soup are some of our favorite dishes. Overall, Sa Bai is a great restaurant.

I always get the same thing every time I order from here, their yellow curry. They let you choose the level of spice, and everything is really fresh. They offer vegetarian and vegan options too so you can sub out the chicken in the curry for tofu and give very generous portions. When I order takeout it doesn't take long at all for it to be ready Their thai tea is really good too.
