We were more than pleased with dining at the Phoenix City Grille. Our waiter was helpful and attentive, knew the menu well, and made good recommendations. I opted for a couple of small plates that were more than enough -- I should have taken something home but it was too good. To avoid a wait we sat in the bar... More

My wife and I very much enjoyed our Valentine's Day lunch at Phoenix City Grille. Original Griddled Corn Cakes were unique and excellent, and Baby Back Pork Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with a wonderful flavor (re: ribs...I'm very particular, and PCG scored a perfect '10'!). We split a Roasted Beet Salad for an appetizer... great! PCG offers 4 or 5... More

Had a bit of a mixed experience here, but overall an enjoyable meal. The chili was delicious, while the bean soup was just ok. The PCG pasta with chicken was excellent, while Ono, the fish of the day, was slightly overcooked and dry. We asked for extra sauce, which helped. The warm chocolate torte reminded my wife of a soufflé,... More

Went with a party of eleven business associates. The service was good and well timed for a large party. The menu is very simple. Was expecting something a bit more adventurous. My tenderloin was ordered medium rare and came out more medium. I did not send it back as was with the large party. It was an average presentation and... More

Had the burger and shrimp. Both were worth having again. Make sure to have dessert...turtle cheesecake was the best we've ever had:

We attended a birthday party in the party room. There were about 40 people. We ordered from a limited menu. The service was agonizingly slow and we never got our drinks. The food was average but we enjoyed the birthday cake.

We went to lunch here with a local friend, and what a treat! Their legendary burger was almost too rich for my taste (bleu cheese). The atmosphere was high end, as though the patrons were conducting business. If you want elegant lunch, this is your place.

Really surprised how every dish was perfect. Absolutely the best Hummus, salads to talk about for days, service par with fine restaurants.

We're in Scottsdale for our company's annual sales conference and some us dropped in to Phoenix City Grille for a bite to eat as it isn't far from where we are staying. Phoenix City Grille is a nice place with a relaxing atmosphere and some pretty good food. We tried some grilled skewers for appetizers and they were very tasty.... More

Stumbled upon this place in the unlikely location at the end of a strip shopping center. Everything changes when you enter. It's a really nice and comfortable space with very appealing lighting and furnishings. The food is what we all want....normal food done with excellence. Steak was perfect as was the chicken, and service was friendly and professional. Id go back... More
