A great restaurant at the famous Biltmore Hotel. From the time you are greeted by the hostess until you complete your dinner it is always a memorable experience. Our server James is a seasoned professional and knew the menu and wine list extremely well. The subs list is one of the best in the area. All entrees were superbly prepared... More

We stayed at the hotel and ate here early on Friday night. The food was very good, though a $52 entree is a bit steep. Nothing was inexpensive. The service was generally good, though the waiter did disappear after the food was served - no "how is everything" and they had to redo my octopus which was charred past eating.... More

This is one of the real gems in Phoenix. The Biltmore is part of Arizona's history and Wrights has consistently been one of the best restaurants in town for more than 30 years. The general manager, Dolan, is the consumate professional and knows a thing or two or ten. From the initial greeting to a fond farewell the dinning experience... More

This review is long overdue. We have been enjoying afternoon tea at the Arizona Biltmore once or twice a year for about five years now. Each visit is beautifully memorable because of their extraordinary tea sommelier, Kevin Michael Doyle. Mr. Doyle makes fantastic suggestions about what teas to order, and urges guests to savor every bite of the delicious tea... More

We received a warm welcome upon our arrival and were seated at a lovely table. We were promptly greeted by our server and within a few minutes made our wine selection which was a lovely 2013 Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley (Drouhin). There was only a prix fixe menu for Valentine's Day ($95). We loved the lobster and red chile... More

I've been to Wright's twice. Once in October and again on New Year's Day. Both times the service was great. Kind of pricey, but we enjoyed the ambiance and the experience of eating in a historic place. The pastries, veggies, SEAFOOD, fruit, desserts, and small plates are fantastic. The small plate selections changed from my first visit and I was... More

Food: Typical of high scale restaurants you get some freebies. Among the breads the garlic is the best, my co-worker went through five slices! Another freebie are prawns which are imparted with a smoky flavor from the grill, excellent. We got foie gras for our appetizer. It was served with fresh herbs on a graham cracker like crust. Juicy and... More

We were staying at the Biltmore Phoenix AZ, one of my favorite hotels. We decided to stay onsite and have dinner at Wrights. What a great decision. The service, food, personal touch were fantastic. Our server, James Crnkovich, was fabulous. He and the Chef accommodated every personal request . The foie gras will melt in your mouth, yummy. We both... More

This was the best meal we had on vacation and we did go to a couple other high end restaurants. Loved the architecture of the Biltmore....make sure you walk around the hotel and read about the history. Back to the food....very unique flavors....I had the Guinea Hen which was so good. The service was top notch too. It was a... More

The entire experience was perfect! We loved Wright's. It's a beautiful location, and the food was fabulous. I liked that they had 5 small hot plates that you could order at any time - so that the food was fresh. The waffles with homemade whipped cream and bacon were incredible. The cold food selection - hit a home run with... More

Description
Arizona Biltmore's historic signature restaurant is a Phoenix classic and appropriately serves a menu of classic favorites reinvented for today's tastes. Original recipes of classic dishes are reimagined with innovative touches, new ingredients and the latest culinary trends, creating timeless cuisine. Wright's has a classic look that is a modern nod to its historical Frank Lloyd Wright style, the namesake of the restaurant. Stunning pendant chandeliers composed of globes of varying sizes, soft leather benches, glass panels framed in wrought iron, decorative metal and glass screens that privatize small dining areas, and Frank Lloyd Wright sketches are seamlessly integrated with the existing Biltmore block and gold-leafed ceiling. The atmospheric wine cellar seats eight for private dining events. The extensive wine list features 470 unique labels and approximately 3,700 bottles. Reserve your place at one of the celebrated Winemaker Dinner Series also featured throughout the season. Stroll through the lushly landscaped grounds amidst the fragrant flower gardens and manicured lawns. According to Wine Spectator, "An evening at Wright's is more than a dining experience. The food and wine match so well within the walls of the Arizona Biltmore, and the wine room is superb and beautifully appointed. It is the place anyone visiting the Phoenix/Scottsdale area cannot afford to miss."
