The waiter was candid about which choices would be best for "medium to medium-well". The food was delicious, and we admired the bull outdoors in addition to the expansive city view at sunset.

This is a theme restaurant for the old west, but it has good food and a fun atmosphere. The design is nice and there are good stories for the place in the menu. There's a slide that is part of the theme, and the children...More

Rustlers Roost has the happy convergence of generous portions of southwest ranch fare and scenic views of the Valley of the Sun! Barbecue reigns supreme at this venue. Don't skip the staircase slide, live band, and terrace views.

Yes, you can make reservations. We lucked out and went right after the ball game. We arrived about 5:00pm and got in right away. By the time we left, it was packed and it was an hour or so wait.
