The best fish taco. Whenever I come to the southwest. I always make it a point to stop at Rubio. I have been doing this for the past 16 years.

My favorite Mexican food on the go. I am normally not a fish eater at all. But I can't resist Rubio's. I am a Rubio's Fish taco fan for life.

We've eaten here 3 times in a week. I got the Cabo plate and my wife got the California bowl and they were both excellent! Always tasted fresh and service was GREAT!

Excellent food. A large menu with a lot to offer. I tried the bean and cheese burrito. It came with chips. It was very good and surprisingly not that expensive. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely eat here again.

I stopped in, in a hurry, on a lunch break (quick stop from the airport). The Manager Myra was working, and she was very helpful as I hadn't been to this restaurant before I and l always have questions about the ingredients. I asked so many questions that some may have been like, "look lady, just order something!" She made... More

We took our family here for their first visit, our grand daughters loved it so much they asked to return for lunch the next day, so yes, we returned the next day for lunch!

We love our neighborhood Rubio's. I wouldn't recommend it for a Romantic dinner, but it's a great quick lunch. You can get a whole wheat tortilla for any of their burritos. Their salads & tacos are great as well.

Who would think that this shopping center Mexican restaurant would be anything special, but the food is very tasty and quickly prepared. No atmosphere, but the food makes up for it. Highly recommended.

Good choices like Mahi mahi, salmon, and tilapia. Great salsa bar. Friendly and efficient service. Very clean and no lines. Pricy for Mexican in a town filled with Mexican restaurants, but very fresh and tasty and convenient access.Plenty of parking. Quality and worth going back to. Go on Tuesdays for $1.50 fish tacos !

Trust me on this - try a fish taco especial and you'll be hooked! For those of us who think beans and rice are just fillers, the Baja Burrito, with avocado, cheese and chicken is perfect! You can even enjoy some beer with your food.

The first restaurant was opened in 1983 in San Diego by Ralph Rubio and his father, Ray, who started the fish taco phenomenon that spread across the nation. Today, Rubio’s menu has grown from The Original Fish Taco® to include additional chef-crafted seafood recipes that feature shrimp, wild salmon and ono. In addition to sustainable seafood, Rubio’s offers chargrilled chicken and steak, fresh made guacamole and salsas and sauces that are prepared daily.
