I didn't stay for the Karaoke, and I know that I missed a good thing. But, the bar is nice, and the people are open, down to earth, and engaging.

Rosie's has been around a long time and seems to be a neighborhood favorite. I and co-workers used to meet occasionally there for happy hours year ago. This restaurant is old school: good drinks/happy hours, and comfort food (corned beef & cabbage, meatloaf, etc). It...has some unique items like cod sliders. The servings are plentiful. The staff is friendly.More

good service and very good food served in an authetic Irish atmosphere...have been to numerous pubs in Ireland and this one fits right in- tables showing use and not perfect stone floors and fish served in the Irish way as a fillet and not strips...taken from a bag of frozen fish. Recommend highlyMore

The place looks like a typical Irish Pub, loud, Irish paraphernalia all around, but the food makes it worthwhile and the prices are very reasonable, better than most Irish wannabes in Phoenix, AZ area and very much worth trying !!

Rosie's is that neighborhood bar that you want in your neighborhood--neither too packed nor too empty, a standard full bar with some fun and unique drinks, good eats when you need them, unpretentious and friendly staff, and, of course karaoke.

I am more than a little biased about this place because I love it. I go here several times a month to eat and do stuff like this on my lap top. I get a booth and work until I run out of power. Something...about the atmosphere works for me. All that Irish and Scottish heritage in my background doesn't hurt either. So on to the food and all that. When I went today it had been awhile so I did not recognize Missy right off but what a joy to see her again and get my favorite lunch, (pub burger, no bun, pepper jack cheese and a whole chili with sauted vegetables). I have had several dishes here but the pub burger is my go to lunch. The burger is large and tasty on its own but with pepper jack and a chili it is superb. I have them bring coffee and just keep it full and hot. Ok, the coffee is not Starbucks but it is better than most and it keeps coming. If the food is acceptable you really go to a place like this for the comraderie and They do not disappoint on that. You can just belly up to the bar ad talk to anybody there, or you can get a booth and meet somebody for lunch . You may see a group of firefighters or cops here as well. I came in one day and several police were there. I asked what was going on and was invited to share in a celebration of the passing of a fellow officer. Another time it was a bunch of marines and I took some gaff about being a Sailor but they made me at home. So it is good food and a great place but you need to be part of it and not expect to go in with a millennial attitude and expect to be entertained because in my experience the patrons have generally earned respect in their lives and do not ask for anything they have not earned. So if its noisy when you go just order and join the family.More

It is like a real Irish Pub in "Phoenix". The Guinness looked and tasted great! The staff was average as was the food. Upon the recommendation of the waiter, I ordered the fish and chips. It was a large well presented plate of food with...cole slaw and caper tarter sauce on the side. They tasted pretty good, but the fish had too much "Harp"batter that was not completely cooked in the middle and a bit greasy. If you go there, grab an Irish beer or Whiskey and check out all of the cool things on the wall.More

Stopped by just to have a drink and ended up having a late lunch of Shepard's Pie for my husband and Fish & Chips for me with their Chocolate Cake for dessert. Shepard's Pie was pretty good as were the F&C. Cake was excellent! Food...and wine was reasonably priced. Service was exceptional. Nikki was super! She's very friendly and helpful and really made our visit special. Overall, it was a very welcoming place that I know we will visit again!!More

I’ve enjoyed the pub other times, and came to the whisky tasting expecting a reasonably professional event. The leader (from the Louis Vuitton Company that bought the distillery) was goofy and not all that well educated. No spring water available to taste w and wo,...since water changes the nose & taste. Definitely the least respectful whisky tasting I’ve ever been to. Lame.More
