We visited Frank & Alberts for the breakfast buffet before and came back to enjoy it again. The patio was leisurely and we enjoyed a long breakfast. The buffet was good, with only the cinnamon rolls as the only disappointment, as they promised more than they delivered.

We ate several meals at Frank & Alberts. Our staycation included meals up to a certain dollar value, and Frank & Alberts was one of the only places to eat. Of course, since it is attached to the hotel, the prices are much higher than they would be if it were a stand alone restaurant. It is still worth it.... More

The only reason we ate here was for convenience to the hotel. Food was ok. Drink/beer/wine selection was lacking. Service fine. Nothing was great. C+ at best since the prices were really high for the quality.

We had a package that included all three meals at the property's restaurants. Frank and Albert's is amazing for all meals. Their waffles for breakfast were my absolute favorite. For lunch and dinner, we were a little picky when it came to the menu but there was no hesitation in changing and adapting it to our wants and needs. The... More

I was on a staycation with my fiance, and the two of us ate breakfast and dinner there. The dinner was delicious, but the Crab Cake Benedict for breakfast was delectable. Our breakfast server Sharon was awesome as well. She was a great server who offered us coffee and ice tea to go, and offered to take some pictures of... More

Wanted to write a review for Susan at Frank and Alberts. The dinner was good, but the service was phenomenal. Susan did not let a water glass ever get to empty , always smiled when she walked by and made our experience so enjoyable. Thanks for a very nice dinner

My husband and I enjoyed a 'staycation' at this resort near our home during the summer inferno months. We ate several times at this restaurant. Can highly recommend the meatloaf, tortilla soup, chicken tenders with blue cheese and the calamari. All were presented beautifully with friendly efficient and professional service. Special kuddos to an amazing server - Julie K. She... More

I've never paid more for bacon and eggs. Nothing special, just scrambled eggs and bacon with toast and a potato cake. It was good, but very expensive.

We live here in town... decided it would be fun to go to Frank & Alberts for dinner & then see the Biltmore's firework display! BAD idea!! The service was the worst i think we've ever had anywhere in town!! Food was mediocre. Don't waste your time! It got worse when we went outside to see the fireworks and they... More

The food wasn't bad, but way overpriced. I guess you have to consider where you are. We had some "mashed avocados " , a Cobb salad, and a burrito. No alcohol. Bill was $72.00. Maybe for a dinner, but this was a simple lunch. Pass on this one.
