After being in quarantine for a few weeks, we decided to order from here as a change of pace- everything was really good. Ordered and paid for on-line, I went and picked it up: everything was ready and stayed hot, all the way back home....Started with a NY Pork egg roll, and and 2 Spring rolls- very good, tasty, with a good amount of filling in both. We shared a Chicken noodle bowl, with Udon noodles, and Teriyaki sauce (we had a choice of both...)- very good, big portion, lots of really nice noodles, not overpowered by the sauce. We each had a different Chow Mein: Chicken, and Vegtable. Both had a good portion of vegetables, again- a very tasty dish. Everything here was very good, we always look to support local businesses especially during this Pandemic. Looks like we found another good Chinese Take Out place, near our house.More

Stopped during early covid19 quarantine. The restaurant was well prepared for the restrictions. They had the door ajar with tables blocking entry. We placed our order by phone and everything was ready when we arrived. The package contained everything needed even a large container of...sweet and sour sauce. The food was hot and very tasty. The egg drop soup was especially good. I really liked my chicken and vegetables, especially the brown sauce. We will return.More

We stopped at Wok Fire for supper tonight, thinking we would dine in house. Upon arriving it really wasn't a place to dine in although some people were doing that. My Wife and I decided to go for the take out, which was a good...decision. The food was very good and we will do take out again. I feel that the food was a good value.More

A fantastic stop to pick up an early dinner (lunch menu until 3:00 pm for great savings). We enjoy almost everything on their menu and they do not skimp on the portion size.

My wife and I always enjoy getting a couple of dinners to go to take home and enjoy. Best service is when the customer service is being d9one by the woman who works there as opposed to the son. She always makes us feel welcome...and it feels like he just wants us to order, pay and leave.More

We have ordered delivery from this place 3 times. All 3 times have been exactly the wait time they say it will be, the drivers have been very friendly, and they have not gotten the order wrong once. Thank you!! We like the Pork fried...Rice, Black Pepper Chicken and Chinese Donuts the best.More

I ate here on Thursday, January 18, 2018, because I was having my glasses repaired nearby and I've wanted to eat here so I could determine if I wanted to order meals using UberEats since this restaurant is one of their providers. (We have often...need meals brought to our house and UberEats is a terrific way to get food from quality restaurants delivered to your front door.) I ordered off their Lunch Menu, thinking that would give me a balanced meal -- wrong. I did get WonTon Soup, but it had no taste and the broth was so greasy I just didn't indulge. The Sweet and Sour Pork plate was a huge disappointment. A pile of white rice and a pile of breaded fried pork pieces that were first boiled with no seasonings and then fried. The sweet and sour sauce was served in a bowl on the side. UGH AWFUL. I base my review mostly on the food, but there was nothing appealing about this establishment. Not particularly dirty out front, but the service wasn't that great. It appears to be run by a family as teen female was at the register playing on her phone the entire time I was there. Who else but a parent would allow a teen to sit at the register and play on a phone when there were customers? I think the owners need to start attending to their place of business. There is no reason to go here. Food isn't or even appealing to look at. I hope this post will be a wake-up call for this business. Time to get veggies on the plates, seasoning on the food, and friendly people at the register!More

Looking around to try new Chinese places we found this place and it's very good stuff!! We dined in and the food came fairly quickly and fresh! Staff was very nice and friendly. Place is clean and even the water is good (which I'm most...picky about usually). I'm glad we found this place.More

We were pleasantly surprised at Wokfire. Went there after church last Sunday (have also had food catered from there to the office). Sunday, the service was wonderful, very sweet staff, and even though not fancy, we were given real plates and silverware to use and...the food was delicious!More

Its hard to give this place any rating with the cigarette smoking guy outside walks in behind us and straight to the kitchen to handle food. It was disgusting. Maybe it was a one-time occurrence? The food was decent, albeit heavy on the oil. Smaller...portions. There are so many better options in the area. We love China 7 (up Union Hills) for Mandarin/Szechuan menu. Leo's Hawaiian grill -a short drive down Bell - for fresh asian/island grill food. An newly opened Noodles & Company - also down Bell - for fresh noodle bowls. Just keep driving.More

This is a fast food Chinese restaurant located in a strip mall. It is small and menu is very limited. Considering it is fast food I was a little surprised at the prices. It actually is very comparison to a regular Chinese restaurant where you...sit down and have a waitress. The food is just OK. I know they are trying. However I will say that they have the best egg rolls in any of the Chinese restaurants I have ever been to in Phoenix. They are really excellent. It looks like a family of hair and you have to give kudos to the family who is trying to operate it. I just expected it to be a little different. I also expected it to be a little less expensive than a regular Chinese restaurant.More

After moving to AZ from OH we wanted to find good Chinese food near home but places we'd tried weren't to our expectations. We were so glad when Wok Fire opened with the style and taste we know and love. This restaurant is clean and...staff are friendly. We have tried many things on their menu and never been disappointed.
