I went online to make a reservation before we left for Firebirds. This was our first visit and our Anniversary. The restaurant said there wasn’t a wait and to come on in. So we did. When we arrived the host asked for our reservation and...I told him I didn’t make one. He shook his head and told me there would be a 30 to 45 minute wait before he could seat us. There was a party of 2 sitting in the lobby when we arrived. Sure enough we were seated in 40 minutes. We had a very charming server, Christia, and was very helpful. We ordered our drinks and waited a couple of minutes for them to arrive. Christia took our order, we came for the Prime Rib because reviews said they had the best. Our drinks arrived along with a loaf of bread. We took a sip of our drinks and our food arrived. Cold Prime Rib that even made the Au Jus congeal. My salad hadn’t even arrived. The manager apologized through the server and offered us dessert that never came after the meal. The Prime Rib was exceptional but with an experience like that, it was our first and last visit. There are too many choices in Chattanooga to be rushed on our Anniversary. We dine out 4 to 5 times a week and we understand what the Pandemic has done to the industry but from beginning to end we did not feel our business was wanted.More

We had a table of 4 on the last day of Phoenix Restaurant week. It was very busy but overall, food was great and the salmon was outstanding. Great service. We'll be back again, now that Covid appears to be on the wane

We ordered the prime rib dinner. What a mistake. We like our mead medium and it came in raw. Not only was it raw, but it was grisly, By far the worst Prime rib I've ever had.More

We decided to eat here for Restaurant Week. We ordered their $33 -3 course meal. We all had the the prime rib and it was cooked exactly to our specifications. My husband had the vegetable soup for the first course and he said he finally...had a soup at a restaurant that wasn't too salty and had some nice beef added to it. My sister and I had the lemon feta cheese with roasted tomatoes that we put on thin bread slices....yummm. For dessert my husband and I had the key lime pie....delicious! My sister had the creme brulee cakes that had a sauce on them. She was more than pleased with her dessert. Our server, Cherie, was attentive and made sure our orders were to our liking and our drinks were to our satisfaction. She had a good sense of humor and was very pleasant My husband's cell phone fell out of his pocket and was left in our booth. He didn't realize this until we got home. We called Firebirds and one of the staff had turned it in to the manager. We drove a half hour back to the restaurant and he said they were very pleasant and the phone was at the hostess station. We had a great experience and definitely will be back to dine at Firebirds again. Jane KellyMore

We went here with my parents to celebrate our anniversary. We are not from here, but visiting and thought we would treat my parents to a night out. I figured maybe a Sunday evening things might be a bit slow. Not here, or maybe just...this place. It seemed to take forever to get our beverages, then the orders taken, refills seemed to be a joke. I think I would go some place else for dinner next time.More

We were coming back from a buying spree and were getting hungry so I went down Peoria 83 and found this place. We hadn't been there before so we stopped to try it out. We were quickly seated and finally the server came and got...us water. It was delivered and she disappeared for a while. My wife still had the menu but she didn't ask if we were ready to order. We finally ordered the Durango Burger and the Poblano Burger. The waters were refilled with new glasses and the old ones taken away. But that was the best service we received. As an example, another group of 3 came in after us but were served by a gentleman who was very efficient. by the time we finished the meal they were paying and leaving. It took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food and that was brought by someone else. The server came back and asked how we like the food but we had just barely gotten it so couldn't really know. Turned out to be rather dry burgers and they were thick. We ordered medium and got closer to well done. There was good taste but not a mouthwatering WOW like we expected. Our server never came back except to grab a plate or glass on the fly. We finally finished and she flashed a dessert menu asking if we wanted an $8 + dessert. Nope not going to pay that. She came back dropped the bill and left. Finally after 5 + minutes the gentleman waiter took the card and said he would process it. She came by about 3 minutes later and was back with the card and the bill. So Food is so so and the service for us sucked with the exception of the server who wasn't ours. Hats off to him.More

We were a party of 8 celebrating a 90th birthday for our mother. We reserved late so we could only get a table at 3:30. We were all there on time. Our wait person took our drink orders. Brough them out after about 10 minutes....Then 45 minutes later she can for our order. Normally I would have gotten the manager and complained but we didnt want to upset the birthday girl. Finally orders were taken....then after another ridiculous amount of time two salads out of three came out. We waited and waited for the server to come back to remind her of the salad...she finally looked at us and noticed the salad was gone....waited an additional stupid about of time to get that salad. Finally the food came out.... 6 out of 6 steaks that were ordered were not cooked correctly and were inferior in taste and texture. No one liked their dinner. We were there almost 2 1/2 hours with a bill that was almost 300$. We didnt send anything back because we would have been there another hour had we done that. Yes they were busy...but we were there so early that the rush should not have involved us. Won't be back. Oh...they gave my mother free mixed veggies and a dessert. Thanks for that.More

This time I had the center cut sirloin. It was outstanding. Baked potato was very good. Also, had the very good ranch rings.

I love steaks and am a an of open fire wood grills. That's what Firebirds offers, but it sounds better than their execution. Cuts are $30+ which justifies a better quality steak. I thought it was at best mediocre. The staff were kind and attentive....The place is nice and clean, but has the feel of a chain. Overall, it's not a bad place, the steaks aren't the best, but they have other options that are good (the salmon was awesome), but it's not a place you would take a date to impress.More

My party loves this place. Surprised because they are anti-red meat eaters and that is there specialty. One had ribs and looked very good. You are paying for atmosphere and found the menu both pricey and underwhelming. Settled on an over-priced cheese burger that wasn’t...bad. Au grated potatoes were available as a side and very good. Like I said, not my cup of tea and limited to no meal choices that I was really interested in eating. Would only go back under duress pressure of my friends. I am sure that I am in the minority here but that makes the world go around. Highly recommend checking the menu in advance before going here.More

I think Rex M's answer is pretty accurate. Our bill was about $150 for 3 people with drinks. Not terrible, but maybe a little expensive for the average person.
