Phoned ahead of time being Friday and asked to be be put on wait list and said we were 5 mins out and they were able to accommodate us within minutes of arriving. Very busy so a good sign, Host Alex was great and very...friendly. After 40 mins of waiting we received our food. Very tasty but unfortunately not very hot. We mentioned to Alex when he asked how everything was. He offered to take it back but we said that we would have to wait another 40 mins and we were hungry, but if he could mention it to the staff in the kitchen. The plate itself was Luke warm. This is the reason that I did not score higher. We will go back and try again and hope that we have a hotter meal.More

We had eggplant parmigiana, lasagna, and risotto - all of them were great with large portions. Went back and got more cannolis the next day as they were so good!

Food was ok, but atmosphere was lacking. Very loud. Not really a place for a quiet special evening out to celebrate an anniversary. No craft beers available. No wait on this Monday night. Parking was crowded

we stopped by for a quick lunch and found a needle in a haystack. not the easiest place to find , but worth the effort. the free bread and olive oil should have been enough but we kept on going!!

Many years ago we tried the Twisted Italian and found it to be marginal. However, there was an ownership change and each time we drove by the place was packed. Lot's of people typical means its the only restaurant around or its good. In this...case there has been a marked improvement in the food and service. Classic Italian with lots of options. Good service, nice portions, flavorful and priced reasonably. We have been back.More

Twisted Italian is a bit of a disappointment for Italians who grew up eating traditional Italian food. Their sauce is very sweet and has no taste. Their eggplant is not too bad and their pasta is always overcooked even when you tell them to make...it alDente. Its good in a pinch otherwise a just OK restaurantMore

Stopped here on way home from a long day of airplane travel. Place was half full of nice conversation and meals looked good. I ordered Chicken Piccata & my husband ordered Baked Ravioli. Our friends ordered pizza & Gluten free Raviolis. ALL was delicious -...my chicken was SOOO tender, moist & tasty. Our first time visit & we'll go back. Nice cozt neighborhood feel...VERY refreshing against so many big chains!!More

We stopped in for the lunch specials. Basically the same stuff as dinner but smaller portions. Our waitperson was John and he was great. The food came out pretty quick. The atmosphere is sports bar, but the food is anything but. Our salads actually had...spinach and other greens with no useless iceberg lettuce. My wife got tasty fries as a side that were lightly coated with seasoned Parmesan cheese.More

We took company here for dinner last Monday and were very disappointed. We all ordered drinks and saw the waiter give them to the bartender where our orders just sat while she gabbed with a couple at the bar. Other drink orders from nearby tables...also sat. After 20 minutes, we complained to the waiter. Turns out the bartender was the owner. Finally, out waiter, who was very busy, along with another waitress went behind the bar and started mixing drinks while the owner continued to talk. What a disappointing experience.More

I had the chicken piccata which was excellent. Others had pasta style dishes the were generous portions and taste was better than average. Dining room is small and tables are close together. The take limited reservations because of the small room.
