Had breakfast. Eggs, bacon, potatoes. Service was prompt. Food hot. Large portions. Unless you like them, tell them to hold the peppers and onions.

What a great dining experience, from the food to the ambiance to the service...as local's we always enjoy visiting some of the resort restaurants but this visit proved that Prado should be top on the list!!
The gorgeous Moorish patio was the perfect setting for a wonderful dinner.m the chef recommended the short ribs and the lamb, and my dining companion and I thought they were superb. Good appetizers, excellent bread and wine rounded out the meal. Sadly, we were too full for dessert.
My husband and I ate here with our two kids the first night we arrived at the resort. The food was so good! We had the warm octopus salad and roasted cauliflower for appetizers - both excellent. I had the beet salad (very fresh), my husband had an amazing chicken dish that I could only dream of making. The kids... More
We had high expectations due to the earlier reviews of the weekend brunch buffet. The spread was good (omelet, pancakes, breakfast burrito, potato hash, sausage, bacon, cheese, salmon, cured meats, oatmeal, greek yoghurt parfait) but not memorable. It was the dessert choices that impressed the most. Service was quick and pleasant. For the same buffet price, I preferred Rita's Kitchen... More
Ate breakfast there yesterday and it was good and decent value for a usually overpriced hotel breakfast. They accommodated me for a late breakfast despite the lunch menu had kicked in. The service was good and the food was as well. Nothing spectacular, although it was lunch time. Cool bar atmosphere in the evening.

My wife and I visited Prado for dinner this evening. We had a 7:00pm reservation, arrived roughly 10 minutes early, and we were seated right away. Oliverio was our server. He was wonderful. Very attentive and made great recommendations. We enjoyed the Lobster and Clam Casuela, Chilled Crab Salad, Lamb Chops (evening's special), and the Prime Filet. All of these... More

I am always a little weary of resort restaurants, but this is an exception. The wine list was wonderful and well priced, and the food was amazing! I had an octopus appetizer that was delicious!! I got the Halibut and my husband got the lamb chop. Both were wonderful!
We are so glad you made an exception to dine at the Omni Scottsdale and are absolutely thrilled you enjoyed your evening. More
my wife and I celebrated 53rd wedding anniversary, best food we have had in valley in long time, great atmosphere, peaceful, wonderful view of camelback mt. We had braised beef and lamb on stick, can not recall a better meat dish in many years. Service wonderful, appetizers were different and great. First time we had ever been there, have tasted... More

Chef Alex Stratta did not stay long; but, long enough to set up a delicious menu and train the kitchen staff. The best entrees are the braised beef and moroccan lamb shank--both excellent. The grilled octopus or salad selections are excellent. Generous portions. Very nice ambience, particularly before and during sunset with view of Camelback. Will return again as long... More

We are looking to stay at Rocky's with our two boys (11-13) this September and are curious about a few things. First, what will the weather be like in terms of rain? Second, what meals are included, and where can we see a menu with prices? Third, if we were to book a Junior Suite Oceanview Room, would we be able to get another single bed for our kids? As I can figure, the rooms have one king and one single day bed, and we would be 4 of us in the room. Thank you so much! - Eva
