I am so disappointed! I went there tonight with a friend because the other place we wanted to try is closed on Tuesday. I had been looking forward to eating a nice steak. The reviews were good. We sat at the bar and had the two nicest waitresses. My margarita was ok, salad simple but very fresh and crisp, service... More

My wife and I went to the Oracle Inn Steakhouse and Lounge for the Sunday taco special – 3 ground beef tacos for $3.00. What a deal! The tacos were good and the staff was very friendly and appreciative of our choice to have lunch at their restaurant.

The Oracle Inn has been in business - except for a lengthy closure in the 90's to early 2000's after the local mine closed - since 1938. It mainly serves all-American and Mexican style food as well as German food nights. It is very popular - diners drive all the way from Tucson to get away from the heat of... More

Had a nice drive from Oro Valley to the Sunday taco special--three ground beef tacos for $3. Had two beers and left there having had dinner for under $10 not counting trip. Be sure to tip more--bar is dark, but uncrowded and the tacos were great.

What a great hidden treasure not to far from Tucson! Have been here a few times now over the last couple weeks and very impressed. I have always sat in the bar portion of the restaurant and the service is great. I come and pick a seat and somebody is right over to take our drink orders and bring us... More

My wife and I planned a weekend away from Tucson and picked Oracle. I had heard about Oracle Inn from an article on Tucson Foodie. I read the reviews on Trip Advisor a week before and was concerned. Our dinner was excellent. Our server was so friendly and nice. She was very attentive and didn't rush us. We both had... More

We tried the Oracle inn Steakhouse with another couple today. We all had either a shrimp fettuccine or scampi. Mine arrived with too long female hairs in it, and all arrived lukewarm as opposed to hot. I suppose when at a steakhouse order steak, but it was a lunch, not a large dinner. My wife and I agreed that the... More

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here. I had the smoked bbq pulled chicken platter and my husband had the smoked bbq pulled pork platter. They were both awesome. We lived in Kansas City and can compare the bbq at Oracle Inn to some of the best we had in KC.

The Cafe across the street was closed so we chose the Inn for lunch. We had been here once before. We don't like the inside because it is so dark and cold. We ate on the patio and put up with a couple of smokers. The service was just o.k. We had the ribs for lunch, they were awful, dried out... More

Hi, I am very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your lunch with us. I do appreciate you letting us know that you were not satisfied. If I don't know there is a problem I can't fix it. I am surprised about the ribs, they usually just fall off the bone and I will speak to the servers that... More

I didn't read the reviews until we had already sat down to eat! I am glad I didn't see them before or we wouldn't have stopped here! I will admit that upon entering the restaurant it felt dark and uninviting and there was a slight unpleasant smell. However, we had one of the best and friendliest waitresses I have ever... More

Thank you so much for your review. I am very happy you were pleased with your service and food. I am sorry the burger was cooked too much. I will work with our cooks on that and hopefully get that taken care of in the future. More
