Wasn't what we expected when we arrived although the food was very good. I wasn't sure what to order so I played it safe by order the Seviche tacos with avocado. My husband wanted shrimp cocktail with avocado like we get when we go to La Roca's in Modesto California although, this had raw scallops and shrimp. My husband liked... More

We love Mexican food and seafood so we thought this would be a good fit. The bacon around the shrimp was burnt on two of the meals. The other meals where tasteless. Sitting so close to the border we thought we would get good mexican seafood, what a disappointment. The chips and salsa was good, but the meal was overpriced... More

Great find....The bacon wrapped shrimp were to die for. I don't normally like the rice in Mexican restaurants but I ate all of mine here.

You can get the bacon wrapped shrimp and rice for a good meal and reasonable price. Nice place in Nogales for seafood.

Seafood done in Ambos Nogales (Nogales, Sonora AND Nogales, Arizona) is a delight and there are many good restaurants in the area. Mariscos Chihuahua is very, very good. The menu is extensive, the service is friendly, and you are not rushed to eat and dash. Relax and enjoy!

My husband and I went there for a late dinner on a Saturday night. The place was very quiet considering how good the food and service was. The staff was amazingly efficient and the food was wonderful starting with the shrimp cocktail. This was the best restaurant I found in town.

Happened upon Mariscos Chihuahua after reading a few reviews and because it was within walking distance of the hotel. We couldn't have been more pleased. The service in this simply decorated establishment was superb, the food even better. We tried the recommended Smoked Marlin tacos, specially spiced shrimp, chipotle fish fillets and whole red snapper the two nights we went.... More

The food arrived quick and was hot. My fried octopus was a bit chewy, but it was a generous portion sautéed with onion and green pepper-- great flavor. Most of the seafood entrees were 12 to 13 dollars. The rice and french fries were pretty standard without much flair or flaw to distract the diner. The salad was torn pale... More

Delicious shrimp soup. Deveined tail on shrimp in a wonderful broth. Cooked to perfection and served with hot corn tortillas.

This is a clean, typical Mexican fish restaurant. We went there because octopus is on the menu, and we love octopus. We were hoping for a big, broiled tentacle, but what we got were some little bits of octopus chopped up and cooked in a way that didn't tenderize them. That was a disappointment. But the experience was fun, and... More
