Cute little town at the top of Mt. Lemmon. I didn't see too much to do here unless there is hiking. There are a few foods shops but I couldn't review them as there were cars all over the place up and down the streets and we couldn't really park anywhere.

On the way up to the sky gazing program we stopped in Summerhaven to enjoy the stores. The General Store has outstanding fudge and all the shops have friendly helpful people. The temps never get above 75 degrees and the day we were there it snowed.

Drove to Summerhaven on our way back from Mt Lemmon Ski Valley and the Iron Door Restaurant with family from out of state. This is breathtaking scenery not to be missed on your Tucson vacation.

Went snowboarding for a couple of days during the first week of Feb. Staff was super nice. Good lift ticket prices. Good variety of runs. Would definitely go back.

We particularly love to go to Mt. Lemmon/Summer Haven in the hot Summer months. It's always cooler up in the pines, and there are some beautiful views from the mountain. We usually take a picnic up and just enjoy our day. We always go get fudge at the store in Summer Haven too. It's awesome! For the fishermen there is... More

We drove out of Tucson in 77 degrees which dropped to 42 by the time we reached Summerhaven and there had been snow earlier in the day. However, the cafe was open, the fire was roaring and and the staff enthusiastically welcoming. A burger and a veggie wrap were both delicious (the wrap was crammed with mushroom, peppers, onion and... More

Have lives in Arizona for 35 yrs and finally went to Mt. Lemmon!! I was afraid that my Prius might have a problem going up this mountain. Suggestion for the average driver - fill up with gas before you go up the mountain! The road is in amazing shape and so well planned. Beautiful trip and amazing views!

The food was delicious and the got coffee or cocoa in the wintertime hits the spot. Come here often just for the ski valley feel, then hit the slopes for some of the best rides.

We went there to escape the 108 degree heat in Tucson. We had 4 couples in front of us and was told that there would be a 10-15 minute wait. We were seated in 10 short minutes. The spinach salad was to die for and reasonably priced. My husband's sandwich was very good too. The wait staff was very friendly... More
