Had a delicious steak here on our penultimate night in El Calafate. We were given a delicious bread basket with homemade hummus, Rosemary bread rolls and bread sticks which was a lovely touch. The steak was so, so tasty- definitely recommend!!!!

Recommended by friendly El Calafate local Lovely staff, very hospitable and accommodating Menu varied, with both Argentinian staples and original, well thought out dishes Veggie, with fish allergy - catered to us, even tailored menu Food was excellent, fresh, tasty, decent sized portion - highly recommend pumpkin malafati Just off the main high street, open until 11pm

Nice little cafe with good service. The steak I had was well cooked butcould have done with a bit more with it. The risotto also tastes nice. Not a fan of the cubierto though.

We were there for dinner. The place looks very nice both from outside and inside with bricked walls, wood and beautiful decorations. Few tables, cozy atmosphere, good and professional service. Toothsome saffron risotto with big shrimps. We took a bottle of the lowest price red wine available (a Cabernet Sauvignon) and it was still very good!

This is a very nice restaurant one block from the main street – the soups were delicious (both the onion and broccoli). Check out the desserts – banana split (a bit different from the U.S. but excellent!) Worth going off the main street for this one! They only take cash here – you can pay in Argentinean or U.S. dollars.... More

It was a great pleasure in a small place, a festival of collars on the plates with delicate tastes to the tongs. We were so impressed and called for the chef to thank him.

The food was OK, but the service was frosty. In an empty restaurant the table was pushed into the corner to give a great view of the wall; they have no taps apparently as they couldn't serve tap water; the waitress accosted me on the way out... Etc. Not the worst in town but can't understand the rating here.

Went there in a family group of 6, 4adults and 2children. I had the fondue which was ok, a good point is lighter than usual, but the foods were average. The place is small and pretty crowded, there was a table of 10 right next to us with lot of yelling and shouting, really loud that kind of ruim our... More

This restaurant is absolutely amazing with amazing prices!!! I was traveling with my boyfriends father who is celiac, and the staff was very very knowledgable about celiacs needs, better than places in the US! The presentation of the foods are great! we went to this resturant twice during el calafate!
