This was one of the tastiest and tenderest osso buco I have ever had. Nice decor and atmosphere.Friendly service. Limited veggie options but Malfatti was good with excellent pesto sauce. There were lovely warm rolls and hummus as a complimentary starter. We had the selection of ice cream/sorbet. Lovely lavender/cinamonn/orange flavours. Good reasonable value chardonnay. Recommended.

After trying to go to 3 other places, we ended here and we were glad we did. The service was very friendly and nice. The atmosphere was charming. The food was very good. The trout was good. The lamb risotto was very good.

The food here for dinner was so delicious. The lamb sweetbread appetizer was so tender and flavorful (it makes you understand why the area is known for lamb). Two orders of this was perfect for a party of 4. Also a big fan of the rib-eye, risotto, and homemade ice cream selection. I still can't get over how amazing the... More

You know a restaurant is delicious when your guide is dining there too! Too many options, but highlights included the chicken pot pie covered with a homemade scone and dusted with sugar, the most tender lamb with a Merlot reduction, Rosemary hollandaise sauce and confit veggies and large gnocchi. Bread is served warm with hummus. Topped off the meal with... More

There wasn't anything obviously vegan on the menu, but when I asked our waitress she immediately came up with a list of things they could make for me, and I ended up with an amazing saffron risotto. My carnivore boyfriend also enjoyed his lamb.

I enjoyed my dinner in this restaurant a lot. I had the risotto and it was one of the best I have ever had. The way the risotto was combined with red fruits was very creative and tasteful. The restaurant is relative small and very niccely decorated. The service is great and I will surely go again!

We've been in the Kau Kaleshen on the last day of our El calafate stay and would like to highly recommend that restaurant. We've been to San Pedro resto and la Cocina restaurant before but unfortunately the food there was just ok. However at Kau Kaleshen everything from the starter to the desert was just fantastic. We chose a salad... More

We ate at Kau Kaleshen a week ago and loved it here. The atmosphere in the little place is great, the staff very friendly and the food great. I had a vegetarian pasta dish, tried artisanal beer and eyed the desserts on the other tables, which looked fantastic. Two of us tried the cheese fondue, which was OK but if... More

The Argentinian way of service is very slow but the waitress here was great! Food was delicious! Had lots of gluten free options clearly labeled on the menu including staters, mains, and desserts. My husbands favorite place in Argentina!

The meal was nicely presented, but fatty and salty. Price was expensive. When we walked in based on its TripAdvisor rating, nobody greeted us. We had to approach a lady sitting on a chair. She just sat on the chair, couldn't be bothered talking to us. Eventually another waitress came up, and was friendly enough. Still, we felt the whole... More
