The place looks very fancy, but its meats are not very well prepared. The meat was dry and prices are expensive

The boss and the staff tell us today that the lamb is on sale, but when we checked out, they stopped admitting and told us never to say that. cheat us. The mutton is very hard, very not fresh, suggest that do not go ! The restaurant's price is not proportional to the quality of the food. The food is... More

Casimiro Bigua is an excellent restaurant, location is perfect, premises are big and very comfortable, service staff was A+. I Highly recommend the "Cordero Patagonico" (Patagonian Lamb), it was fantastic, very fresh, from the grill to your mouth.

We stopped at Casimiro Bigua on a late afternoon, at the recommendation of a friend and hoping for some good Patagonian beef. Although we were only the other couple in the restaurant, the service was slow and disinterested. The waiter brought us some mediocre fresh buns and salsa while we waited for the prime-rib and the green salad we ordered.... More

The food was OK but the waiter was nothing close to friendly when we asked for the bill they throw us the check. I asked for a milanesa and I barely eat something they did not even bother to asked what happened because the taste was terrible. French fires were good and the Spanish fries were amazing. According to my... More

If you are looking for a proper Argentine steak look no further. I Also recommend the proveleta For a starter. Staff was very enthusiastic and friendly. Price is on the high end but most things are in Calafate.

Love the food and the atmosphere of this Main Street staple! Just can't go wrong with the quality of the meat or the intimate feel of the dining room. Great wines too...highly recommend!

The Patagonian classic lamb "cordero patagonico al asador" was very well done and tasty. however the meat was very salty for our taste. We also had some salad which was good.

A little expensive but the steak is insane and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Good range of food and drinks on the menu and a nice feel to the place. Very centrally located and they even have a sister bar 100m down the road that will exchange currency for you. Just beware that the portion sizes are enormous,... More

We had a lomo and a trout there. The food was great , the meat was soft and tender as was the grilled trout. We were served with good wine. Although as for El Calafate the place looks quite exclusive, the price is adequate to the quality. The service barely speaks English.

Thank Ola J
