Everyone in bariloche seems to brew their own beer. At the genesis of the movement was blest, at a distant location from downtown (half way towards llao llao). Great ambience, good food, very good beer...charming place.

Menu has changed but the signature dishes are still there. Sad to say they feel the need to close their location in the kilometers.

Great beers, great place to have beers. Awesome food that goes well with beers too. Service wasn't incredible but it isn't a restaurant anyways so it's not that grave. I believe TripAdvisor should allow decimals on ratings but oh well..

One of our guides suggested Blest. The beer was very good and the manager was very nice about checking to see if we wanted one more at happy hour prices. For food we had been told to order the super picados-WOW. You get about 10+ small dishes-cheese, ham, bread, chips, french fries, eggplant, meatballs, some pizza like flatbreads, olives, sauces.... While on a fishing holiday from the USA, my friends and I stopped in for a beer and meal. The beer was great and so was the pizza and platter of meats. The service was timely and friendly. Great experience, we will come again if we are in the area again.

This is a fun place with average food. Service was very slow but friendly. Personally I believe that there are better options in Bariloche. But if tou are a group guys that just want some beers and a lite bite this sould serve you well ( if you are patient).

Went to blest for an early dinner this week. The place is as described by others - a fun and informal bar where lots of lumberjack types seem to gather and hang out. We had pizza which was average and forgettable, and a pumpkin soup which was ok. The scotch ale we ordered was cold and strong which was great.... More

I visited Cerveceria Blest with my family and I fell in love with the place immediately! There were lovely flowers everywhere! And the view is fantastic! You can sit inside or out, the music was perfect not too low or loud, I ordered the German dish of pork steak, sauerkraut and potatoes, red cabbage the waiter suggested I share it... More

My husband I visited Cerveceria Blest (near Kilometro 11) while on our honeymoon in Bariloche back in October, and we had a nice time there. We were only there briefly and just had a couple of beers, but we enjoyed the service and drinks. The walls are covered with notes and drawings written on coasters that the brewpub has collected...
