We had a salad: tomato, lettuce and onions that was ok. The spaghetti arrabiata was very good, it seemed the pasta was home made, could have been a bit more hot. The pizza diavolo was ok, a bit to much cheese and the salami was a bit 'special', not my taste but my husband liked it. You can only pay... More

I stop for a quick thing and try a very simple pasta (ravioli with pumpkin) and the simplest sauce on earth (olive oil and sage). Difficult to mess up this dish. Well, ravioli has no taste at all, and they came litterally immersed in oil with the sage completely burned!! the only taste you could have was the burned one.... More

I read some good reviews about Giuseppe so it was the first restaurant we went after arrive in Puerto Madryn. We arrived late for lunch and the restaurant was almost empty. It's a simple Italian trattoria but the food didn't taste so good. We order after a long wait for the waitress. She was a bit lazy. My husband and... More

We went there in mid Feb 2015, food was very good – especially given that there are few good restaurants in Puerto Madryn. Food is not one of the strong points of the area, sea life / sea animals is simply outstanding and that’s why this locale is a must see. If you are in town and want an authentic... More

While opinions vary, Italian food in Argentina isn’t good. It’s a very pale comparison to the original, and if you actually like real Italian food you will disappointed. Quality, however, varies quite a lot. We had Argentinian-Italian food which were barely edible (or not at all), and some that were better, though still miles away from anything you can refer... Came here because Chona seemed too much like a tourist trap and was expensive. This place is definitely more traditional and where the locals seem to go. You get a lot of food for your order and everything was pretty good. I had the special pizza and it was loaded with gooey, melty cheese

We had a pizza and pasta at Guiseppe's. The food was good and the portions are big. It's a charming restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The service was good and the price was reasonable.

We came here as it looked busy and fancied a pizza. Mixed reviews for this place do it justice but if you are in town for a long time it is worth a visit. By far the best pizza in town but pizza here is typically awful. No need to get a large one as the chica was more than... More

We fancied a relaxed, quick meal after a long day at peninsula Valdez. This restaurant was close to our hotel and looked like a good option. It wasn't. The pasta was poorly cooked with a thin, watery sauce. The pizza was small and predominantly base with few toppings. The waitress was grumpy and inattentive (even by argentine standards!). The prices... More
