This long established institution was recommended by a local, and it sure was a busy place. Everything was ok..... nothing great, nothing bad, just ok. We shared a paella for lunch that came with some shrimp, portion was large, price reasonable. Menu offered a nice...More

Ate here for dinner last night. Calamares en escabeche poor, escabeche flavourless and completely lacking in vinegar. Cazuela de mariscos really tasty as were langoustine grille. Ensalada mixta exactly as expected. Postres - cassata turned out to be neopolitan ice cream, not sure if that...More

Miriad of dishes, generous portions, popular family friendly. Excellent service. Some dishes are cash only. Do take US dollars.

It really deserves better places in the list. Everything was perfect except the dishes were waited for a while on the line before served to our table which caused delay due to crowded. Certainly I will visit again.

One of the most known places in town, full of both tourists and locals, to have fresh fish dishes. Portions are definitely generous and very tasty. Try something with abadejo, really woth the choice (tasty and without bones)

We had an unformal dinner at this Spanish-style cantine. Unpretentious but decent sea food, generous portions, good service. However, at our corner we had to fight off 4-5 flies that kept bugging us (very annoying, as they kept landing on on our table, arghh).

The restaurant is an institution, very busy. We showed up at the time it opened, and 15 minutes later they started turning away anyone without reservation. Seafood is plentiful, but rather simple. Shrimp skewers seemed to be almost universal choice (we did not try). Lots...More

Nice place, nice service, good food and good wines. Ate linguado, which was real good and the other dishes at the table were good as well, especially the scallops.

Our tour guide recommended this restaurant to us. Surprisingly good seafood with efficient service. We ordered grilled prawn and mussels provencal and they were both delicious. Their peach smoothie was also very nice - not too sweet.
