the large selection of wine, beer and hard liquor - and the nuts, cheeses and meats - makes this a great place to resupply. the 3rd generation owner and his son, are very helpful, friendly and funny.

Thus little gem is off the beaten track but well worth the trip to get there. Service and food were excellent. A must visit in busy Salta.

For some reason, we thought la Casa Moderna was a restaurant. It isn't. But you can still come and sit down - get a cheese plate and a glass of wine. It is lovely. Great atmosphere right in the middle wine bottles cases.
