We frequent here often as they are probably the best Lebanese/Mediterranean food around! I am obsessed with their Greek fries (the dine-in order is always bigger than the To Go order) and their Chicken Shawarma plate. I've been coming here for at least 5 years...and it has been pretty consistent each time - flavorful and all. The setting is definitely different it's attached to a grocery store, so you pay your bill at the checkout and you help yourself to the restaurant area. I have heard nothing but phenomenal things about their Friday buffet (lunch hour) and have made it once - it was very good and a great price, but I had to add Greek Fries to go with it ;-) The service has always been friendly!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Greek Fries, Chicken Shawarma Plate, Greek Salad with Chicken Shawarma, Lentil SoupMore
We were in on a Saturday while running errands. The Falafel Wraps and Lamb Kebob Wraps along with Hummus Appetizer hit the spot. Wraps had a fair amount of protein. Service was friendly but a tad slow.
This market has great choices; other grocery stores will have one or maybe two say tahini, they have 6 or 7 different brands; from the Mediterranean, US and China.
The deli also is full of choices; they seem smaller portions than a lot of the...other Mediterranean restaurant and smaller prices.
They have a buffet on Friday lunch that I have yet to experience, but it sound good, 11-3p.More

Thank you for coming in! If there anything we can do to make your next visit a 5 star visit don't hesitate to ask :)
Princess Market is both a restaurant and a deli and both are very good. The food is authentic Mediterranean/Middle Eastern. Gyros, hummus, etc. and all are served at reasonable prices with friendly service. The deli is also very interesting to shop and pick out a...few items to take home. They also cater, and we used them for our last Christmas get together and it was great. I recommend you give Princess Market a try.More
Princess Market and Deli is my favorite take-out/delivery option for days when I don't have time to cook. The garlic fries are a must - even when delivered they are hot, fresh, and tasty. One order serves about 2 people. The Greek Salad is large,...has a good amount of tomatoes, cucumber, and feta - proportionally too few kalamata olives, though. Would serve 4 as a side dish, but you'll be fighting over the olives! Both the chicken shawarma and gyros are terrific, and hold up well to bring delivered. They do come with pickles, so be sure to specify if you don't want them. Overall, a great option for Greek food in the east valley!More
The food is very good compared to its competitors. The vibe of the store is nice and friendly. We trued their kabob combo plate, Greek fries, Beef sambusa and all of them were really good. The price is reasonable. All in all a place to...try.More
From Detroit area, so grew up with a variety of great Arabic cafes and home made quality food from their cuisine. This little family run cafe had good food. I love the( not philosophy spinach pie) but the thin crust hand held type with dough...folded over. Very tasty and good for $2 each( I took some home), plus Buba Ganoush which is one of my favs, very difficult to find in regular grocery stores in Phoenix area where you can normally find hummus. Its z roasted egg plant type dip, theirs was excellent. Lots of other dishes, good salads and meat and rice dishes. Liked the market for other supplies and imported food items. Easy take out. Only thing their ice tea was too weak, the one with orange or citrus flavor, try something else. Overall very good.More
I was in town to give a course and needed a quick, healthy dinner. My host took me here and I ordered the Veggie combo - tabouli, hummus, baba ganoush and fallafal. Loved it and i had to laugh because they left out the pita...bread (which I really shouldn't eat), so it was perfect.More
I had the gyro sandwich with fries. Food was fresh and great. Fries tasted as though they had been rinsed to eliminate as much starch as possible and then flash fried in fresh oil. When we finished eating, we went into the market and picked...up some Mediterranean ingredients. Will go back!More
We have had Middle Eastern food from all over the Phoenix Metro area & this is hands down our favorite. Each dish tastes like it is freshly and carefully made. Starting with the salad, ingredients are fresh, crisp & balanced well. The Arabic salad is...very lemony & I like it, but prefer the Mediterranean one. Our favorite entree is the Princess platter so we can sample the different meats. My favorite is the beef kabob. It is seasoned and grilled perfectly, not too dry. The hummus is so yummy I can eat it by itself with a spoon. We always have to finish with a bite of baklava...it is a toss up with the walnut or the pistachio, both delicious. Always a treat to come here.More
