This restaurant is a go to when you don't want anything special or a specialty restaurant. You can almost expect the décor, the food and the taste to be the same at any of this chain's establishments. They offer a variety of things on the menu, omitting steak. This was a slow evening and my fish and chips were adequate.... More

Recently ate at this location for the first time. Waitress nice and attentive but food was disappointing. The Swiss cheese chicken had no seasoning and was more than bland. The Swiss steak was well overdone and disappointing. Even the pie was mediocre at best. Will not return to this location.

16 of us recently got together for lunch at this Village Inn. We had reservations for their large back room. When we arrived the tables were all set up in a row, and a waitress was waiting to take our drink orders. This young lady was super, she was quick and caring. Our food was served up hot/cold and delicious!... More

We always went to the Village Inn for breakfast/brunch when we spend 3months in AZ. This year, something has gone very wrong...meals aren't as good, wait staff is not good at all (forget to bring your meal out and then it arrives cold...complain and they are not only rude...they don't even apologize). And forget about getting any service at all... More

Went for a simple breakfast and was able to get what I wanted. This is one of the older establishments in the chain and a little outdated but comfortable. The servers were pleasent. It's just up the road from the condo I rent when I visit mesa so is convenient. I'm used to going to Dennys chain back home and... More

Several of us get together once a week at this V.I. The wait staff is super and the food is perfect. They know us now and always seat us in the back room where it is quite and we can chat. We look forward to getting together, and, since it's Wednesday, we get free pie!

Great service, very clean, and excellent choices to eat. It is obvious that the Management takes good care of their employees. Everyone seems to to very happy to be there, and ready to give you good service. The choices of meals are large for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. We like this place a lot and continue to recommend it to... More

Always have a good meal here. Very popular spot. My favorite tasting burger (excellent flavor of hamburger). Wednesday is free pie day (with any order). Pies are second to none. Friday is all you can eat fish (cod is pretty good). Prices are average and of good value.

Average pancake house style, nothing fancy, except the pies!!!!! Try to avoid free pie night, way over crowded, homemade pies that are certain to please.
