First time at an In-N-Out Burger. Love the Bible verses on all their packaging! A few of our burgers were still red/pink in the middle, but the ones that were done right tasted good. Very thin patties, similar tasting to Steak N Shake in my opinion. Their "sauce" was good, too. Cheese fries were really good, too, but cheese was... More

This place is always good. YIf you are new to it, you are fine with ordering the basics on the menu. I would suggest you look up the secret menu if you want to try something different. My favorite is animal style with well done fries. When I am watching carbs, I skip the fries and have them do the... More

We take our grandson to INO at least once a week and usually more than that. The burgers are always consistently the same goodness, as are the fries. The price makes it easy to go to INO often. Thank you INO.

Good location just off the freeway, and in a popular shopping Center. This Rest was very busy when we arrived for lunch, but only waited about 15 minutes before our food was delivered. This Rest only serves Burgers (Big and Juicy), so if you are looking for an alternative, best go somewhere else. You can customize your Burger, just about... More

It's a decent fast food burger but based on what I had heard, I was expecting a lot more. It's not 5 Guys and it is not Shake Shack. Not even close. Service and Staff were great; no complaints there.

Got stuck at my hotel with no transport so I walked over to the In-N-Out. The staff were great, the service fast, as you'd expect and the other customers were great. I'm from a foreign country so total strangers chatted and we laughed together. The food was fine. I'm not a big fast food burger eater but I'd go back.

As usual, the burger was a very solid meal; not extremely tasty but generous patty and veggies. The fries were bland and a limp, definitely needing my own salt and pepper to doctor it up. The staff was vert friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We were visiting Mesa for the first time with our adult children. We drove by the In-N-Out the first day and everyone said we had to go there. I am not a fast food fan, but this was very much better than fast food. I really liked it, I wish they would come to the Midwest.

Very good fast food burger! Fresh, hot, and juicy! The fries were excellent too! The place was crowded but we received fairly fast service. The staff were super friendly and polite too!

Thank Tom E
