The visit to this classic tea room cum restaurant was a wonderful experience. The whole dining area is divided into two, the first part for more casual dining and the rest as a formal restaurant. The waiting staff were excellent, especially Martin, who was so friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was excellent. Comprehensive wine list. The tea... More

No doubt about this place, is the sole place to have a nice lunch when you are wondering around Rosario financial distric. It is located in an old building, and is part of a 4 stars hotel. You can have an executive menu during lunch time, you can also order by the menu. The offer is quite reduced, but well... More

After having witnessed how many traditional buildings have been demolished, I was glad to visit the remodelled Savoy. Lovely atmosphere, soft background piano music, good food, reasonable price. Worth a visit!

Excellent option for a romantic stay in Rosario. Lovely restaurant, amazing architecture. Good service. The hotel is currently being refurbished so there are two types of rooms. The old ones keep the spirit of the old city, with a history of about a hundred years. High ceilings, squeaky wooden floors, and neatly decorated (very contemporary). Only con about it is... More

The place is part of the hotel, but you will see a lot of local coming for a brunch or breakfast with girlfriends. More people coming just to sit down and have cup of coffee and deserts or for dinner anytime until midnight. You will meet people from the city celebrate birthday party in comfortable not too loude dinner hole.... More

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are each worth it. The servers are attentive (if a little slow when busy), very polite. The food is different at lunch and dinner. Good Caesar's salad.

This is a lovely cafe in a grand hotel. It is nice to stop in for a drink and a snack in the afternoon--happy hour gets you two drinks for a little more than the price of one. We also had a light, late dinner here one evening, which was just perfect. Be ready to request service and take your... More
