Probably the best empanadas I’ve ever had. Everyone was friendly. Just a quaint little place. Everything was clean and yummy. Loved the old style coke fridges.

Omg best empanadas in Iguazu!! The family who own the place are so lovely and friendly and also speak English! We tried everything and my favourite hands down were the chili and beef “ Saltañas”.

The restaurant offers English manual! The staff is very nice. I ordered 6 empanadas with different taste. Honestly, it’s good:-) You should try if you just want to grab some street food at the moment.

We tried different types of empanadas. My favourite was beef filling, but cheese and corn and spinach and cheese were lovely too. Very thin crunchy pastry and generous filling. Great value for money.

We arrived just before 7pm and were told next fresh batch will be around 7.30. Ordered almost one (or more) of everything, (besides the beef one) everything was incredible!! Wanted to get lunch there the next day but they said they don't open till 5pm....Might need to update opening times, but my experience in south america is no one has correct open times to what you see online so I'm giving 5 stars.More

We have been in Argentina for almost 3 months and by far the best empanadas we have had anywhere were there! Great service. Wonderful friendly English speaking waitress (owner?) looked after us like we were family. We ate there 4 times during our short stay...in Puerto Iguazu. Amazing food and great service.More

Also known as La Missonera. Incredible place for a quick empanada. Very friendly staff with some English. Beautiful empanadas- fresh, hot and delicious in a variety of flavours. Also have sandwiches. Indoor as well as outdoor seating on a quiet road. Recommend the Arabian and...the chopped chicken (‘copped chicken’) empanadas and the green zucchini and mozzarella mini pie. We also picked up extras to take with us into the park the next day.More

We ate here every day we were in Puerto Iguazu, the empanadas are deeelish and the family who runs the place is lovely too. They have WiFi and ice cold beer, prices are very reasonable. 10/10.

Walking in, I was not sure what all to expect. The place is small, and has a "fast food" feel to it. And at the order counter were trays of empanadas. I was concerned that they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a...long time, but boy was I wrong. I tried 4 different empanadas, and each was as great as the one before. All were fresh, moist and incredibly flavorful. The cost was minimal, and while I dined in, they did a good take out business while I was there. Friends of mine went to higher end places in town, but no one had a better meal than I did. Love this place!More
